whats the point of breaking walls. Owner didn't figure out his/her architectural drawings beforehand?.

I heard that breaking up walls in order to layout conduit weakens the wall. How true is this?

The house was bought from Lekki Gardens Estate, so owner has decided to do some Architectural adjustments to the house. And to answer your question, Breaking of walls to layout conduit doesn't weaken walls
