I wondered if there is a good reason not to share the floor plan ? I think it will be beneficial to fully understand the concept of the design. What do you think?

Many times you have to take permission from Client to share Plan of their house in a Social Online Forum. However, a Layout of Plan is attached below.

Yes price is still applicable. And also we don't do labour only jobs for POP. You show us your space, we measure and the result per sq.m is clear, you mobilize and we send workers to your site to deliver as expected from us.

Mr. Skimanski what type of roofing sheet did you use. Are they stone coated or normal aluminium longspan? I like the flatness of your roof.

Normal Alluminum roofing sheet. When you do a flat roof, you are strongly advised to use long span roofing sheets so the slope doesn't cause leakages. Hence the reason why Lekki gardens have lots of leaking roofs . They have use stone coated sheets on slopes that aren't sharp .
