The two Land was bought as a single plot and shared into 2 by 2 cousins. So it was agreed upon before the other guy did it. The water tank will be shared by my client and the original owner. Besides thats our current source of water for all our construction work so far, thanks to him.

Normal Alluminum roofing sheet. When you do a flat roof, you are strongly advised to use long span roofing sheets so the slope doesn't cause leakages. Hence the reason why Lekki gardens have lots of leaking roofs . They have use stone coated sheets on slopes that aren't sharp .
