Not sure of Canadian schools but i know some US institutions do accept third class for postgraduate courses. I can contact a friend to confirm again, only if your interested in US.

Administration, CV, Statement of purpose, SSCE certificate(notorized), Bsc certificate and notorized transcript, passport data page, proof of payment of tuition fees, digital passport. That's all
