Who be my friend?

That person sef isn't the culprit and I won't assume he was referring to me cos he didn't quote me...

Also the real culprit was and has never been my friend... i Thot he's someone I Cld outsource some jobs to but going by his recent posts on here, hes becoming too big With his manners... I guess that's why he was saying all those rubbish even after causing problems for me...

He has withdrawn his 600+$ now and he's happy while my PayPal acct with over 2k$ is locked ...

God go catch am too
Its me you're referring to.

Firstly, I didn't want to take the case public, really wanted us to settle amicably.

Secondly, you should have known the risks in handling PayPal and known how to handle it so they Dont block you easily. How are you 100% sure that your PayPal was blocked cause of my email. But I hate shifting blames, that's why I didn't argue who's fault it was, cause atoje's PayPal wasn't blocked too.

Finally, am very sorry for happened to your PayPal. I was willing to help make sure your account was unblocked till you started insulting. Take heart and find a way to move forward.

you know how risky PayPal is and you still leave up to 2k$ inside?

You see, you just comment on what you know nothing about, you should try minding your business sometimes, it surely helps. Who told you it's because of the amount? Even if its $1000 I ain't buying jack from him in particular, it's not because you have funds for sale, then you decide to talk to exchangers anyhow. Respect is reciprocal and so is rudeness. So mind your business and you mustn't comment to look relevant.
The thing I like about facts is that whether you write long stories or change the topic

The fact still remains that you were rude to a prospective client.

Will rest my case now

Have a nice day and try not to keep doing em

1. I answered it ages ago... you weren't listening.
2. It had zero to do with the issue that generated this discussion in the first place. This was simply a "change the subject" excuse to justify supporting lying to a VO. The issue that started this whole thing was the OP openly admitting lying that the school he picked was recommended to him by his sister as an alumnus... a fact that the VO readily proved to be false. That is a lie that has zero to do with ties... its just straight up dishonesty... especially when it wasn't necessary at all.
You are funny, hypocritical and probably an older man too.

Answer the question again

You're condemning him because he lied to the vo, you've never lied to achieve anything before?

One reason why I want to leave naija, is because we are not honest with ourselves.

We condemn others openly when we've committed worse things we will never disclose.

Tell us what you would have told the vo or refer to where you answered it

TWoods:
It wouldn't have mattered if i posted a valid fact or not... like most nigerians, you're more invested in "winning" a point than reading anything posted. Integrity and hard work are not long stories... they are the reason you fast and pray to get visas to the US, Canada and Europe. The lack of them is also the reason Africa is currently a disgrace. Good luck.

The foreign countries we run to were not built on luck. Good roads, constant electricity, invention of the computer... all did not happen by dint of luck. Governments and societies set goals and worked diligently to achieve them. To disparage all these and simply call it "luck" explains the problem with you and Nigeria in general. The problem is that these are not values that you respect. You'd rather lie, cheat and "hustle"...
You keep dodging the question.

What would you tell the vo if he asked if you were returning to naija?
Travel › Re: General U.s.a (student) Visa Enquiries-part 11 by skitkid2(m): 9:19am On Jan 22, 2017
@Twoods

You wrote a very long epistle, which didn't prove anything.

The question is simple:

If the vo had asked you if you were coming back, what would you say?

When we become successful in what we do, most of the times we think its just because of our hardwork.

Hardwork with a little bit of luck is the key to success.

Your long story of integrity and hardwork, just proves one thing, which is how lucky you're.
Travel › Re: General U.s.a (student) Visa Enquiries-part 10 by skitkid2(m): 3:12am On Jan 18, 2017
@TWoods your arguments show how selfish you probably are.

As a man of integrity and truthfulness which you claim to be, you should have told the VO you will not be coming back after your studies. You probably lied or got lucky and they didn't ask you the question.

Everybody's situation in life is different. We're not born with the same privileges.
You didn't need to work under the table to complete college and become successful, because your parents had the money or you were privileged to have the money. But others do.
Everybody deserves a chance to be successful in life(silver spoon or not).

Finally, stop judging peoples actions by checking them with what you had to do.
We are different people with different destinies and would each probably have to do things differently before we can become successful.

Life is not easy, different strokes for different folks.

@Deepfriedpuff
We will be considering your put in effort to make Nigeria better story if the following were the case.

If we have 150 to 200 years to live(life is short)

If election rigging is not a normal thing in Nigeria

If the problem of Nigeria is one thing and can be fixed by just doing one thing.
Our problem is deeply rooted in a lot of things, ranging from corruption to tribalism to backwardness to high rate of illiteracy Etc. It will take years of serious work to fix here

Lastly, if most of us dont have the same mindset as you. All talk and no action, probably changing Nigeria will be feasible.

Come down to naija and Start trying to make the system better.
Just leave their country, come home and get a glimpse of what this country is truly like. Not what you read on the internet

Its not all fun and happy or jolly as you all think, most of us live with regrets, if only things could be like this back home we often say, because by staying abroad you are making a huge trade-off. The choices are true happiness and belonging or living in a functional alien society. The OP just moved so he is still tripping, with time he would understand that there is more to life than a functional society. Life here is good but it cant be like home. Home is where your social network is, a place where you are accepted, where you dont look different, where you can make noise and even fight if you like, a place were you can compete without having to suffer abuses and deprivation because of your colour, you can NEVER understand what home is till you leave home.
NO PLACE LIKE HOME, this phrase must have been written by a man abroad, because ONLY PEOPLE LIVING ABROAD WOULD TRUELY UNDERSTAND THIS PHRASE!!!!
@bold, Home is where there is justice, where there is basic amenities. Where you Dont turn against your family because of hardship or because your pastor says so. Where there are hospitals that actually function.

You talk racism, while their is tribalism in your home(what point are you then trying to make).

I can't remember the last time an Igbo man ruled Nigeria and you talk about fair competition? (What exactly is your point).

Finally, if you are still abroad comeback to Nigeria, if you're back don't go back.
