PROCEDURE

Seller issues sales and purchase agreement (SPA).
Buyer signs and returns sales and Purchase agreement (SPA) along with ATB format, Supercargo/Inspector details and Tugboat details.
Seller issues POP to the Buyer in return for BCL
Upon receipt of BCL from the Buyer, Seller issue MARINE ATB to buyer for Q&Q.

Buyer conducts Q&Q and sends a copy of Q&Q reports and certificate of quality to his bank and seller’ bank respectively.
Buyer releases Vessel details to the Seller.
Upon confirmation of Vessel details, Seller issue MARINE NOR to the receiving Vessel.
Receiving Vessel acknowledges Nor from the mother vessel and proceeds for transhipment.
Buyer confirms product transshipment and releases funds by swift wire transfer to seller bank account and brokers banking coordinates as per the SPA within 24 hours.

Seller releases all cargo documents to the Buyer and the loaded vessel sails to its destination.

The buyer shall be responsible for the bank charges relating to all the banking transactions.

Oh my God.it one of the best MRS station around.they are always selling as far as product is available.no cans.the good new is tht the station is not close to houses.it along the express . I reside in the estate

PROCEDURES

Seller sends a signed and stamped sales and purchase agreement (SAP) to buyer. Buyer signs, seal and return in PDF format to Seller and both parties deposited signed SPA in their respective banks.

Seller sends soft proof of product (POP) to buyer for verification / confirmation of product.

Upon confirmation of product, buyer’s bank issue Bank Guarantee (BG) in favour of seller.

On confirmation of buyer’s Bank Guarantee (BG) Seller send full POP to buyer’s bank. And thereafter, seller issues 2% performance bond in favour of buyer.

On arrival of product at Cotonou waters, Buyer sends vessel / super cargo details to enable seller issue marine ATB for Q and Q analysis.




On confirmation of product, super cargo remains on board and buyer issues Authority to load (ATL) to seller.

Seller issues marine NOR to buyer’s Vessel and both Vessel lop side for transshipment.

After successful transshipment Seller releases all cargo documents to buyer.

Buyer effect payment to seller and intermediaries as stipulated in the SPA.

Buyer and seller’s vessel disengaged and sails to their respective destination.

seller sign and seal this contract and exchange the signed copy by electronic mail. The electronic signed copy by both parties is considered legally binding and enforceable.
Buyer sends vessels valid CPA, Q88, ATL & CHARTER RECEIPT (Vessel charterer should be the buyer & should be the one to sign the SPA).
. Seller authorizes the super cargo and inspectors to board the pregnant vessel for Q and Q evaluation.

Seller’s loaded vessel opens communication (N.O.R.) with buyer’s vessel to effect Trans – loading of product.
Seller’s loaded vessel transship product into buyer’s vessel and buyer’s inspector conduct Q&Q inspection on board buyer’s vessels at 30 nautical mile offshore LOME WATERS.
Upon Q&Q seller forward cargo document invoices and waybill to buyer. Buyer’s bank confirms and makes payment within 24 hours by swift wire transfer to seller’s account and all the other nominated account as stated in the SPA. All shipping documents are reassigned in Buyers name.
Seller’s Bank confirms payment to all the accounts.
