I just told you Tower does not do custom ridge cap and you said you will go to next factory.
Is that not exactly the situation here? Let’s be specific. That next factory, won’t they spend time to have the ridge cap fabricated? Or you think they will have all the ridge caps set and ready for pickup?
Would you as person walk into that next factory, lose patience after a little normal wait time and start shouting at them after being entertained?
What exactly will your own roofer do for you at that factory? Does he know how to bend ridge caps?

Go to Tower and ask then to bend ridges for you, then come back and tell us what they said.
There is always a niche in every market.
If the design of your roof would need ridge cap, after patronizing Tower, you will still look for those that would bend the ridge cap to fit your design.
We don’t appreciate these custom designs in Nigeria because labour is cheap. Any design or material whether roofing or other components that is fabricated specifically for a client makes the process a little complicated.
Very big companies like Tower will not take that risk and do not have time for such details. That is the gap filled by these other big one man companies.

I don’t know if mediation is the right strategy. Normally, an appeal should be instituted and not mediation.
But it seems Ogun state is afraid to appeal the judgment. Instead they are opting for a soft landing.
They are between a rock and a hard, dealing with a Shylock. So many sharks in the water looking to devour the federal government assets.
Now there is even an involvement of a debt collector, armed with the judgement. Mediation is not the right approach with these kind of folks. They are in for biggest cut.
Nigeria government should approach a higher court.

If you know how the internet works, you would not use certain words in your responses here. I mean the inappropriate word by the client. You have a large presence online and I believe must of your potential clients do some background research online before contacting you. You don’t want a situation where those negative words would appear when those searches are made.
Even though the word used by client is inappropriate, try not to elaborate on it. Try not to make it stick with your name. Most internet readers don’t have time to read. They just scan through keys words, do some mental paraphrasing and draw conclusions.
Guess what they will see? Your name and the inappropriate word. Without giving much time to the context, they draw conclusions and move on. That is how an average internet user reads and unfortunately, that is how the internet works. I am not even talking about customers reviews here, but more like a digital DNA, the blueprint of all you do online.

We all k now that the vast majority of stone coated roofing comes is already cut to sizes and3 is a square metre in most cases, its a matter of counting. Big companies only refuse to sell to not registered middlemen when they have minimum quantity to sell as a unit or if they deal i n whole sale only. I have never heard of any importer who refuse to deal with clients directly probably yours will be the 1st.The problem or the issue here seems to be miscommunication, no monies were lost. However coming from a consumer point of view, I do not support giving a client price when you are not supplying them directly or at least doing the Job. In my DIY build, this is what I come to realize that put some of you workmen into trouble within factors beyond your reach to control then you get labelled scammer.

Any roofing tiles company that imports and does steel rolling and bending of ridges is not just an importer but a metal fabrication company. Such business is not a #1b business. They don’t have time for small users. They are different from those importers at the open market like Orile cooker where you can just go and pick and already made size they have.
There are different levels to this things. An average DIY builder or an importer cannot bent ridges. They don’t have the machine and technological know to do so. There own is just buying and selling. The best they will have is an already made one not customized to the specific roof. Na there leaking wahala they take start.
