YesDaddyTill203:Which aptly stated? Did you ask him what he was able to do with the video evidence of MC Oluomo threatening all Igbos during the last election in Lagos state? |
They are just playing ping pong with you guys head. |
seanwilliam:You are saying all this because of hindsight. Nobody knew what crypto would have done. How many of your mates who were consistent in business only or did crypto from that time till present have the money to even build a house like yours now? With all the inflation, huge cost of land , and expensive building materials. There is something called passive investment. That is what you have done. And that is a near guaranteed way of building wealth. Not crypto. Bitcoin coin went from $67k to $38k within just this last one year, before trying to Settle at $58k now. And you still wish you had invested in crypto? Just be thanking God for his directions in your life. ! |
RodgersAkpafu:What is baseless ? That Igbos don’t have a lot of empty mansions in their villagers? Or that the owners of those mansions have folded their business because they built in the village? Or that Yorubas hardly build such big houses in villages ? |
emmanuelewumi:All that wahala for #3M which is about 6% ROI. There is hardly any mutual fund that do less than 15% yearly. |
emmanuelewumi:Please can you elaborate? Land in livable atea should not be less than 10M a plot. Even if you can squeeze in 3 units of two bed rooms flats on the plot. Completely built will gulp about #40M. You have to live in one of them and rent out the other 2 Do you think a two bedroom in a place where land is 10M could be rented for #1.5M? ( the 2 would be the #3M you suggested) |
floshady02:Is this wall panel water resistant? I see it is used in the shower.

Gerrard59:Almost all the people that built houses in Nigeria did not have the complete money before they started. They built in piece meals . If they had waited to build an empire of business before building, their dreams would not have been realized. 16mm rod was #2500 a piece in 2013 now it’s #17000. This is just one example. The truth is that, not everyone will build but some waste the opportunity to sight the moon while chasing stars. Personally, the money I have lost in different business is enough to make me the biggest landlord in around here. Let give you one personal example. Around 1998 while a plot of land was sold for #300k at lekki, I visited a wok colleague in his rented apartment and while we discussing he went in and brought out folder. Inside the folder were many certificates of stocks he owned. He said, “ some know why we are not interested in building houses” To be honest, I wished to be like him. After I left, I decided to reconsider my traditional investment strategies. Against my personal convictions and in trying to be investment savvy like my colleague, I bought #900k worth of AG Leventis shares. The next few months, the values nose dived to half. Yet, I kept it and kept hope Then it continued the downward trend till my 900k became #40k after about 20 years in 2018. Everyone knows what a house is worth today at lekki. The AG Leventis share even finally got delisted from NSE. Thank God for today anyway! |
In the north, if you don’t marry more than one wife, you are a nobody In the west if you don’t have other children outside of your marriage, you are nobody In the East, if you don’t build a mansion in your village, you are a nobody. To all, his own! |
Another loan loading. Soon, they will start whining and lamenting how Chinese companies are mean. You see how he looks humble now, come back and check his body language when it’s time for repayment. |
helinues:How much can you generate in a year from a #50m (including the land) house which you also live in? |
Gerrard59:Igbos have been building in the village and most of them who own houses in their village are still doing very well in business. Now, compare them to Yoruba who don’t build in their villages . Are they doing better in business than those Igbos? Do they even build more houses In the towns than the Igbos that build in the village? The bottom line is, having a reliable source of income. The reason people make money is to derive some fulfillment from what money can afford. |
Nigerians think you could pluck Presidential Jet from tree like mango. Thiefnubuh has dipped his hand inside the cookie jar. |
Toosure70:Just like the Oba of Lagos promised to drown certain tribe in the Lagoon. Who knows? |
dollarnaira:Thanks for the info. I just saw one now and I think I might go for it.
|
dollarnaira:E dey market? |
Just wandering how this could be achieved. Maybe with pop or cement and then painting art work. But I believe if these people could collaborate, they will achieve it Fonyeri - for the painting Bolu - for the pop aspect if needed Phillipok - for concept design .
|
Mariangeles:That is the way it should be. It shows the people offering the food that you have some self respect and not hungry to the extent of rushing for free food. They should insist a little bit before you collect the food, even if you are actually hungry. It shows good home training. If I say no thanks the first time and you take your food back, my assumption would be that you didn’t intend to give out the food in the first place |
Chinese have not even come for their money, and this is happening |
Stops smoking useless stuff |
Henryfocoyo:I was going to say this same thing but I know people will doubt it. How can a man of God who is supposed to be bold in truth without fear or favor be so economical with truth? There is very big security issues in IMO state, even in Evangelist Ebuka Obi home town in Ubulu. People don’t sleep at their homes anymore. There is killing and robbery very night, from house to house. They thief even take POS to go peoples houses. People don’t go to market anymore. All the young people have left the place. Women are being reaped , young women are in constant fear. I wonder what these people gain from being psycho fans. He has the opportunity of telling the Governor the truth about the situation on ground but instead he went to sing sing his praises. There is very big security challenge in Ubulu where Ebuka Obi hails from. The situation is very bad. |
gawu1:Is that the name of the country? |
Awo did more than this but today, Ibadan and his cocoa house is a mockery. |
Whyai:Other than chevron, which of the other oil companies is an American company? Of what good is the oil underneath the earth if African countries cannot or do not have the ability explore it? |
gawu1:Which African country did America exploit? |
There is great joy in heaven for that one lost sheep that has been found. |
gawu1:There is no truth in what he is insinuating. He is just out to paint America bad pretending to be a Nigerian. America is the best country on earth whether anyone like it or not |
Whyai:Russia and America have very different views and approach to so many issues. |
WritterNg:Guys, you would think this person is a Nigerian but he is not. There is a documentary about the current strategy by Russia and how they have infiltrated social media around the world to promote propaganda. |
MasterJayJay:Cc. Hell anus. |
Don’t do this. People, please when they go low we should go high. |
