The Minister of Labour and Employment, Senator Chris Ngige, on Monday asked Governor Willie Obiano of Anambra State to start writing his handover notes.
Ngige, who spoke at a press conference in Awka, the Anambra State capital, said the APC would contest the governorship election in the state fully and effectively.
He said the only thing that would save Obiano in that election was to join the APC.
He said if he failed to do so, the APC would sweep Obiano and his All Progressives Grand Alliance into the abyss.
The minister said, “We are going to contest that election fully, effectively, with all the resources at our disposal. And I can tell you without any fear of contradiction that Anambra will be an APC state.”
Ngige, who said he would not contest the 2017 governorship election of the state because of his national engagement, said he would work to ensure the success and victory of his party in the election.
He said nobody should be deceived that the APC had not begun any form of campaign for the purpose of the election.
He said, “I have a PhD in Anambra politics. I will elaborate this with two examples. In 2010, I vied for the governorship of Anambra State, which took place in February. We were then in AC and we did not make any noise in the state until four to five months to that election. But we were quietly building our structures and putting things in the right places.
“The good thing is that many people are showing enthusiasm to become members of the APC. The door is also open for the incumbent governor. There are four factions in APGA now and out of these, he belongs to one faction and that faction cannot deliver the governorship for him.
“I have told him that and I did not mince words. Though he has not requested to join the APC, we are telling him that he is welcome to our fold because that will be his only saviour.”
Reacting via the telephone, the Senior Special Assistant to Obiano on Media and Publicity, Mr. James Eze, said Ngige was daydreaming.
He said, “Those who are not guided by history will continue to stumble on the same stone. the APC has no stronghold in Anambra State. It has no structure and party loyalty.
“The APC does not exist in Anambra State. It will take Ngige donkey’s years to plant the APC in Anambra State. So Ngige’s effort is comparable to someone who wants to plant flowers in the Sahara desert. It’s an exercise in futility,” Obiano’s aide stated.

I've been in a relationship for almost 8 months now and everytime I go to visit my boyfriend..he must demand sex,even if I say am on my period.
Sometimes I just get furious and say am no longer interested in the relationship and he starts begging and because I love him, I forgive him.
He'll stop that for a while,then start it all over again.

He doesn't consider my feelings at times, there was a certain time I was still mourning the death of my cousin,he came around and after symphatizing with me,he wanted us to have sex..Gosh! I was so pissed.

The one that pissed me off the most was last night,after having like 5 rounds,I felt sore all over, I told him that and he stopped,then this morning, while I was trying to pray,he started touching me again saying he wants me.

I don't just understand whether this is normal,sometimes I just displease myself to please him but still he's not satisfied.

They now team up with other male counterparts to drag clients into their rooms forcing them into sex in order to beat the hard times.

According to H-Metro, the syndicate will be roaming the area and once they pounce on their prey, the hookers offer very affordable prices before they take you to their room where they search you and force you to have sex with them for the money they would have taken.

H-Metro spoke to one of the victims who refused to identify himself and he narrated his ordeal after
falling prey to three hookers.
“I am a student and I was walking along Samora Machel where three hookers pounced on me and offered me sex for US$2 of which I refused.
“They insisted but I said I would give them the US$2 they wanted so that they will let me free but before I could say anything more, two more men appeared and helped the ladies to drag me to a room upstairs at a local hotel.”
The victim said, whilst in the room, he refused to have sex but the ladies wouldn’t take any of his words.
“One of the ladies undressed and lied on the bed naked and offered me sex. I was cornered and I had to ask for a condom which they gave me and I had sex with her while other two were looking.”
“Whilst I was contemplating my next move, the other one requested to have sex with me as well and I turned down the offer before she called the two men who were outside.
“As soon they entered there was confusion in the room and they searched me of all my valuables.”
He added:
“After the noise, the ladies shared the money and ordered me to leave the room while they remained behind with the two men.
“I had to plead for a dollar to use for transport home.”
However, the incident is not the first but several men have failed to open up on such incidents where they have been pounced on by hookers.

Instead of reporting they are ashamed of making reports on such cases thereby giving them a gratitude to continue.
“It’s hard to report kuti wabatwa nemahure, unozvitaura uchiti kudii, zvinomakisa.
“If you fell prey to such better kungoita easy unless watobirwa mari yakawanda,” said another man.
Meanwhile, H-Metro reports they hung around the area where some hookers paraded their ‘thighs’ and witnessed the same scenario.

The hookers will be standing as individuals but as they negotiate their colleagues approach.
“I have seen men falling victims to hookers who just mob you and force you into their rooms where they can extort you.
“One may assume people are in agreement but it won’t be that,” said one vendor who operates along central Avenue.
