RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL SUNDAY, 25TH JANUARY THEME: YIELD YOUR MIND TO THE SPIRIT IN PRAYER THEME SCRIPTURE: For if I pray in an unknown tongue, my spirit prayeth, but my understanding is unfruitful (1 Corinthians 14:14). Praying in tongues is one of the most powerful spiritual exercises you can engage in. It’s the language of the Spirit through which you utter divine mysteries. When you pray in tongues, your spirit communicates directly with God, bypassing the limitations of the natural mind. However, your prayer becomes far more impactful and effective when your mind is engaged as you speak in tongues. Fix your attention on what you’re praying about. There may be the tendency for your mind to wander as you pray, but refuse the distractions and deliberately keep your mind focused on the Spirit. As you do, He’ll flood your mind with visions, thoughts, and ideas. These may be revelations from God or creative insights that He inspires within you. He enables you to see possibilities, create godly imaginations, and bring divine realities into manifestation. So, always engage your mind in prayer to perceive what the Spirit is revealing. As He grants you visions, respond accordingly; that’s how you partner with Him to bring Heaven’s plans to pass on earth. The Christian life is a walk in the Spirit. The Spirit-filled life is a life of rest, joy and victory. He keeps you strong, refreshed and full of faith. So, even in prayer, depend on His guidance, follow His instructions, and yield to His influence. Hallelujah! PRAYER Dear Father, as I pray in the Spirit, you reveal divine mysteries to me, and I create and shape circumstances in line with your perfect will. Thank you for synchronising my spirit with your will, causing me to function in divine wisdom and power, and walk in your glory, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. FURTHER STUDY Jude 1:20 But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost, Romans 8:26 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. 1 Corinthians 14:2 For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God: for no man understandeth him; howbeit in the spirit he speaketh mysteries. 1-YEAR BIBLE READING PLAN Matthew 17:14-27; Matthew 18:1-14; Exodus 8-9 2-YEAR BIBLE READING PLAN Acts 12:11-19; Job 20-21 |
RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL SATURDAY, 24TH JANUARY THEME: THE ADVANTAGE WITHIN YOU THEME SCRIPTURE: But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me… (Acts 1:8 ). The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of power. When He came to live in you, He brought the dynamic ability to cause changes. That power is not dormant; it’s stirred through prayer, faith, and bold confessions of the Word. He’s also the Spirit of revelation. He unveils mysteries and brings divine insight to your spirit. He’s the advantage within you. Through Him, you understand things others can’t grasp. It’s part of the blessings and benefits of praying in the Spirit. When you spend time praying in the Spirit, the wisdom of God rises within you, and answers flood your spirit. Your spirit is enlightened with innovations and solutions. Every time you face a challenge, remember that the Holy Spirit is the advantage within you. You’re never helpless or defeated because His power is active in you. Depend on Him for direction, solutions and strength. As you yield to Him and fellowship with Him, His glory manifests in and around you. He’ll talk with you, walk with you, and reveal God’s heart to you always. Through fellowship, He communicates divine ideas and guidance to you. He makes the Word come alive in you and keeps your spirit aflame with passion for the Lord. You’ll never walk in confusion or fear because His presence provides direction and assurance. God never intended for you to struggle through life alone; He gave you His Spirit so that you might live in continual victory. Additionally, the Holy Spirit is the Father at work in you. Through His ministry, you can do the impossible and work the miraculous. Make time each day to commune with Him; speak to Him from your heart, and listen for His voice in your spirit. Acknowledge Him in all that you do, and you’ll always walk in victory. PRAYER Dear Father, I thank you for the fellowship and partnership of the Holy Spirit in my life. I cherish His divine presence and person in me; He’s my guide, my comforter and my ultimate advantage. Even now, your glory, wisdom, power and love are manifest in my life because I walk in the Spirit and I’m led by the Spirit, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL FRIDAY, 23RD JANUARY THEME: GOD'S PRECIOUS GIFT TO ALL THEME SCRIPTURE: "And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever" (John 14:16). We often say that the Holy Spirit is God's greatest gift to the Church, but did you know that, in truth, the Holy Spirit is God's gift to all humanity? God said in Joel 2:28-29, "And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh...And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour my spirit." The Apostle Peter re-echoed the same prophecy in Acts 2:16-18 after it had come to pass. Further in the 38th and 39th verses, he said, "...receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call." Did you notice that? The gift of the Holy Spirit is for all, and He's been poured out upon ALL flesh. If you haven't received Him, you should do so right away. First, be sure that you've confessed Jesus as Lord of your life. If you're yet to do so, turn to the Prayer of Salvation page of this devotional, pray that prayer, meaning it with all your heart. Then, simply declare, "I receive the Holy Spirit, and He lives in me from this day forward." The Holy Spirit is not a wind, a force, or a feeling; He's the very personality of the God-head at work in us. When Jesus ascended to Heaven, He sent us the Holy Spirit to live in us, to guide, strengthen, and empower us for the divine life. He's the one who makes Christianity real. Without Him, the Gospel would be mere words, but with Him, it's a living reality. The Holy Spirit unveils Christ to you, teaches you the Word, and causes you to walk in the supernatural. He's the power of the God-head. With Him in your life, you have the dynamic ability to effect changes and live the transcendent life in Christ. He's your helper, your teacher, your strengthener, and your friend. Appreciate and treasure His Person and ministry in your life above all else. Fellowship with Him in prayer, worship, and meditation on the Word, and His wisdom will guide you, His power will sustain you, and His glory will fill your life and be evident in all that you do. PRAYER Dear Father, thank you for the precious gift and blessing of the Holy Spirit; my teacher and my guide, the One who unveils to me the realities of the Kingdom and guides me in the path of glory and righteousness. I walk in wisdom, power and victory; I'm strengthened and continually refreshed by the Holy Spirit in my life, in Jesus' Name. Amen. FURTHER STUDY: Luke 11:13 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall [your] heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him? Acts 2:38-39 NKJV; Then Peter said to them, Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. 39 For the promise is to you and to your children, and to all who are afar off, as many as the Lord our God will call. Acts 2:16-18; But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel; 17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old man shall dream dreams: 18 And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy. 1-YEAR BIBLE READING PLAN: Matthew 15:29- 16:1-12 & Exodus 3-5 2-YEAR BIBLE READING PLAN: Acts 11:15-30 & Job 17 |
RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL THURSDAY, 22ND JANUARY THEME: THE EXCELLENCE OF THE NEW MAN IN CHRIST THEME SCRIPTURE: And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him (Colossians 3:10). When you were born again, you were recreated in righteousness and true holiness. You’re not a “forgiven sinner” but a brand-new creature, made in the image and likeness of God. Colossians 1:22 describes you as holy, unblameable and unreproveable in the sight of God. In other words, there’s nothing for God to accuse you of or find fault with; He holds absolutely nothing against you. Furthermore, this new man thinks, talks, and acts like God. He’s God’s excellent handiwork: “For we are God’s [own] handiwork (His workmanship), recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew] that we may do those good works which God predestined (planned beforehand) for us [taking paths which He prepared ahead of time], that we should walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us to live]” (Ephesians 2:10 AMPC). You’re not trying to be holy or righteous; you were born that way. The more you renew your mind with this truth, the more this divine reality will govern your thoughts and actions and be expressed in your life. You’re not an upgraded version of your old self; that old man has ceased to exist. You now carry the very life and nature of Christ: pure, perfect, sanctified, glorified, and justified. This is why you must refuse to accept weakness, failure, defeat or sin as normal. You were created to express the glory and virtues of divinity in your everyday life: “But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a dedicated nation, [God’s] own purchased, special people, that you may set forth the wonderful deeds and display the virtues and perfections of Him Who called you out of darkness into His marvellous light” (1 Peter 2:9 AMPC). You’ve been called to glory and excellence: “For His divine power has bestowed upon us all things that [are requisite and suited] to life and godliness, through the [full, personal] knowledge of Him who called us by and to His own glory and excellence (virtue)” (2 Peter 1:3 AMPC). Walk in the consciousness of your new identity. Manifest the beauty, love, wisdom and purity of Christ everywhere. That’s your life. That’s your calling. Glory to God! PRAYER Dear Father, thank you for recreating me in righteousness and true holiness. I live in the consciousness of my new nature. I manifest your excellence, wisdom, purity, love and divine power. My life is a testimony of your grace, righteousness and glory, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. FURTHER STUDY: Ephesians 4:24 KJV; And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness. 2 Corinthians 5:17 KJV; Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL WEDNESDAY, 21ST JANUARY THEME: IMPACT YOUR WORLD WITH HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS THEME SCRIPTURE: Let your light so shine before men that they may see your moral excellence and your praiseworthy, noble, and good deeds and recognize and honor and praise and glorify your Father Who is in heaven (Matthew 5:16 AMPC). Philippians 1:11 talks about the fruits of righteousness: “Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God.” When the righteousness of God was imparted to your spirit, it came with the capacity to produce fruits consistent with God’s nature in you. These fruits are visible expressions of your new life: acts of love, purity, excellence, peace, and truth. The Holy Spirit in you causes you to walk in righteousness naturally. You don’t struggle to do right; your spirit delights in the Word and produces fruits that glorify God. Just as an orange tree naturally produces orange fruits, the new creation in Christ produces works and fruits of righteousness as expected, because of the life within. The world may admire and applaud men for good deeds, but true righteousness comes only from the life of God in a man. Now that you’re born again, manifest Christ, His glory and His righteousness. Your conduct, speech, and attitude should always reflect His divine character and attributes because you’re born of Him. Everywhere you go, bring in justice, integrity and goodness. Let your life be replete with the fruits of righteousness. Our opening scripture says, “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven” (Matthew 5:16). God wants the world to experience the outward manifestations of the righteousness of God in you. He wants His glory demonstrated through you. He has made you a living testimony of His righteousness. So, let your life radiate His goodness, excellence and love. Let your words bring salvation, healing, prosperity, love, joy and peace to those in your world. Impact them with the righteousness of God in you. CONFESSION I’m filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory of God. My life radiates goodness, excellence and love. I produce fruits that glorify my Father and reveal His divine nature in me. Hallelujah! FURTHER STUDY: 2 Corinthians 9:10 Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness); Matthew 5:14-16 Ye are the light of the world. Isaiah 61:3 To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified. 1-YEAR BIBLE READING PLAN Matthew 14:13-36 & Genesis 49-50 2-YEAR BIBLE READING PLAN Acts 10:44-11:1-3 & Job 13-14 |

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL TUESDAY, 20TH JANUARY THEME: DOMINION OVER ADVERSITY THEME SCRIPTURE: If thou faint in the day of adversity, thy strength is small (Proverbs 24:10) As Christians, we don't faint in the day of adversity; we win, we reign, we prevail over every storm. Your strength is not small because the Lord Himself is your strength: "God is my strength and power: and he maketh my way perfect" (2 Samuel 22:33). 1 John 4:4 "Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world." You hail from God; therefore, your strength is of God: "Not that we are fit (qualified and sufficient in ability) of ourselves to form personal judgements or to claim or count anything as coming from us, but our power and ability and sufficiency are from God" (2 Corinthians 3:5 AMPC). Can you see why you can never be hamstrung, defeated, or disadvantaged? Stay ever conscious of who you are in Christ, especially of your righteousness in Him. That consciousness produces a divine audacity in the face of adversities; you walk right over them! You consume challenges like bread. When you know you're righteous, nothing and no one can intimidate you; be it Satan, guilt, condemnation, or adversities. That's because you understand that you stand in Christ's stead and function in His Name. That consciousness gives you the audacity to tread upon serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, knowing that nothing shall by any means hurt you. Therefore, dominate sickness, demons and death. When you pray, do so with confidence and assurance that you're being heard. Speak with authority. Let your life exude the confidence of divine authority. Hallelujah! PRAYER Dear Father, thank you for making me righteous and granting me boldness through the Holy Spirit. You're my strength, and I reign in life by the power of righteousness. I live fearlessly, walking in divine authority and confidence. My words are filled with power, and my actions are full of grace, in Jesus' Name. Amen. FURTHER STUDY: Romans 8:35-39 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? [shall] tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or unclothedness, or peril, or sword? 36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. 37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. 38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 5:17 AMPC For if because of one man's trespass (lapse, offense) death reigned through that one, much more surely will those who receive [God's] overflowing grace (unmerited favor) and the gift of righteousness [putting them into right standing with Himself] reign as kings in life through the one Man Jesus Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One). 1 YEAR BIBLE READING PLAN Matthew 13:44- 14:1-12 & Genesis 46-48 2 YEAR BIBLE READING PLAN Acts 10:34-43 & Job 11-12 |

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL MONDAY 19TH JANUARY 2026. PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME THEME: THE CONSCIOUSNESS OF RIGHTEOUSNESS THEME SCRIPTURE: Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame (1 Corinthians 15:34). Until you become conscious of your righteousness, it will not work for you. To be righteousness conscious means to be aware that you have been justified, cleansed and accepted before God. It means you no longer see yourself through the eyes of your past but through the righteousness of Christ. Guilt and fear lose their power when you’re righteousness-conscious. This is what Paul meant when he said, “Awake to righteousness.” Wake up to who you are! You’re not a sinner saved by grace; you’re a new creature in Christ Jesus. Old things have passed away, and all things have become new (2 Corinthians 5:17). This awareness transforms your fellowship with God and gives you the mentality of dominion in life. Don’t say, “I’m just an ordinary person, trying to please God!” No; you’re not ordinary; you’re the righteousness of God. Think, talk, and live righteousness, and you’ll produce fruits of righteousness. PRAYER Dear heavenly Father, thank you for the impartation of your righteousness to my spirit. I’m conscious of who I am in Christ; sanctified, glorified and justified. I walk boldly before you, and I reign in life through the grace of Jesus Christ. I live triumphantly by the power of the Spirit, producing fruits and works of righteousness in Jesus’ Name. Amen. FURTHER STUDY Romans 8:1; There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 2 Corinthians 5:21; For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. 1 Corinthians 1:30 But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption: DAILY SCRIPTURE READING 1 YEAR BIBLE READING PLAN: Matthew 13:24-43; Genesis 44-45 2-YEAR BIBLE READING PLAN: Acts 10:21-33; Job 9-10 |
RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL SUNDAY, 18TH JANUARY THEME: A DIVINE EXCHANGE THEME SCRIPTURE: For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him (2 Corinthians 5:21). From our opening scripture above, we observe something really extraordinary about our righteousness in Christ: It’s a product of divine exchange. When the Lord Jesus took your place on the Cross, He became sin for your sake, not a sinner, but the sacrifice for sin. He took up your sinful nature for you to become righteous with His righteousness. That is the greatest transaction in history. It’s for this reason that we say the Gospel of Jesus Christ is the Gospel of substitution. God made the Lord Jesus, who knew no sin, to become sin for you so that you might be made the righteousness of God in Him. This was perfectly legal. The Lord Jesus fulfilled all the righteous demands of justice. 1 Peter 3:18 says, “For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God….” Since it was perfectly legal for the One who knew no sin to become sin in our behalf, it was perfectly legal for the sinner who never did anything right to be declared righteous in His Name. Now, God sees you in Christ as holy, blameless and justified. Romans 4:25 says the Lord Jesus was delivered to death for our offences, and was raised back to life for our justification. Therefore, your righteousness isn’t a product or function of your moral efforts or good works. It’s also not something you grow into; it was imparted to your spirit the moment you were born again, giving you right standing with God and the ability to do and live right. Hallelujah! Having this understanding changes everything about your walk with God. It gives you boldness in prayer and in your confessions. You no longer approach God as a sinner seeking mercy, but as the love-child of a loving heavenly Father, reigning by grace through righteousness. Walk in this consciousness. Refuse to let guilt or condemnation rob you of fellowship with the Father. You were justified freely by His grace; therefore, stand boldly and reign in life through Jesus Christ: “For if, by the trespass of the one man, death reigned through that one man, how much more will those who receive God's abundant provision of grace and of the gift of righteousness reign in life through the one man, Jesus Christ” (Romans 5:17 NIV). Hallelujah! CONFESSION I'm the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus and I live in the consciousness of this truth. I have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of Jesus Christ. Sin, guilt and condemnation have no power over me, for I reign in life by grace through righteousness. Hallelujah! RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL SATURDAY, 17TH JANUARY THEME: RESPOND RIGHTLY TO HIS VOICE THEME SCRIPTURE: ...To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts... (Hebrews 3:15). God speaks to us through His Word and by His Spirit, but not everyone responds rightly to His voice. When you hear God’s Word, He expects a response. Your response activates His power and brings His Word to life in your situation. In the days of Samuel, God called him repeatedly, but Samuel didn’t know how to respond until Eli taught him to say, “...Speak, LORD, for thy servant heareth...” (1 Samuel 3:9). Once Samuel responded correctly, God began to talk to him. Likewise, when you respond to God in faith, His voice becomes clearer, and His presence manifests more strongly in your life. Never take the Word of God lightly. Each instruction, correction, or prompting of the Spirit requires a faith-filled response. So, to every Word from God, you say, “Yes, Lord,” and act accordingly. Not responding to God’s Word quickly can weaken your ability to hear from Him. But when you train your spirit to act promptly on the Word, the Spirit of God floods your heart with light, direction and grace. So always be quick to respond in faith whenever you receive God’s Word, whether during your personal study, prayer, or as a prophecy. Oftentimes, His voice may sound gentle, but it carries divine power. PRAYER Dear Father, as I respond to your Word with faith and love, I’m tremendously blessed; my heart is flooded with your grace and truth, and I experience continuous progress and increase by the power of the Holy Spirit, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. FURTHER STUDY: James 1:22 KJV; But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. 1 Samuel 3:9-10 Therefore Eli said to Samuel, "Go, lie down; and it shall be, if He calls you, that you must say, 'Speak, LORD, for Your servant hears.'" So Samuel went and lay down in his place. [10] Now the LORD came and stood and called as at other times, "Samuel! Samuel!" And Samuel answered, "Speak, for Your servant hears." John 14:23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL FRIDAY, 16TH JANUARY THEME: THE HOLY SPIRIT: THE POWER OF OUR MESSAGE THEME SCRIPTURE: But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me… (Acts 1:8 ). In our previous study, we reviewed the reality of the Gospel, but did you know that the Holy Spirit is the power behind the Gospel? Without Him, our words would be empty and lifeless. But with Him, our message comes alive with divine energy and proof. He’s the one who confirms the reality of Christ in us and through us. The Holy Spirit makes the difference between mere religion and a living relationship with God. When you received Him, you received the ability to function like the Lord Jesus. You became a carrier of God’s power, capable of producing supernatural results. No one can live for, or serve God without the Holy Spirit. He’s your Comforter, Counsellor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, and Standby. He’s in you and with you forever (John 14:16 AMPC). He’s your divine partner. He’s more real than any person around you. The more you fellowship with Him, the more His wisdom and power manifest in your life. Trust and depend on Him daily to guide your thoughts, inspire your actions, prayers, and energise your words. With the Holy Spirit, you can never be ordinary or disadvantaged. He’s the One who makes you a bold and effective preacher and minister of reconciliation; read our opening scripture again. He empowers you to live victoriously and manifest the glory of God. He’s the Father of glory, and the Father that lives in you. He’s the power of our message. PRAYER Blessed Holy Spirit, I thank you for your indwelling presence and power in my life. You’re my comforter, teacher, and guide. As I yield to your ministry in my life, I live in victory, excellence and dominion; with you, I can do all things; I win only and always, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. FURTHER STUDY John 14:16-17 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; [17] Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. Zechariah 4:6 Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts. Acts 4:31 And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness. Matthew 28:19-20 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: [20] Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL THURSDAY, 15TH JANUARY THEME: THE GOSPEL IS REAL THEME SCRIPTURE: For we have not followed cunningly devised fables, when we made known unto you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses of his majesty (2 Peter 1:16). The Gospel of Jesus Christ is not a fable or fairy tale; it’s real. The Lord Jesus truly came. He truly died, was buried, rose again, and ascended into Heaven. These aren’t symbolic acts; they’re historical and spiritual truths with eternal significance. Many in the world think Christianity is just another religion or a moral philosophy, but they’re critically wrong. Christianity is the life of God manifested in human flesh. We serve and preach a living Christ, One who can be known, experienced, and proven. The Holy Spirit was sent to help us demonstrate the reality of the Gospel. He confirms the Word, the Gospel we preach, with signs, miracles and wonders. 2 Timothy 1:9-10 tells us that through the Gospel Christ brought life and immortality to light: “Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began, But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel.” Never allow doubt or unbelief to dilute your faith. The proof of our message is the supernatural life we live. Every time you heal the sick, cast out devils, or lead someone to Christ, you’re proving that the Lord Jesus is alive and the Gospel is the power of God unto salvation to everyone who believes (Romans 1:16). The world doesn’t need another argument about religion; they need proof. And you’re the proof and proof-producer that the Gospel is real, the Lord Jesus is real, and that eternal life is available today only in Him and through Him. Hallelujah! PRAYER Blessed Father, how glorious it is to be a witness of the resurrected Christ; my life is proof that Jesus is alive. Through me, the world experiences the reality of the Gospel. Thank you for causing me to walk in the supernatural, manifesting the glory and power of the Gospel as I lead many to righteousness, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL WEDNESDAY, 14TH JANUARY THEME: CHOSEN TO RULE THE WORLD THEME SCRIPTURE: If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world… (John 15:19). The Lord Jesus said you’re in the world but not of the world. You’ve been handpicked by God and separated from the world to live the divine life, to live and play by a different set of rules. You’re a child of the Kingdom; therefore, you’re to live in this world with Kingdom mentality. Rule and reign over the systems, elements, structures and circumstances of this world. This world is subject to you; the words of the Lord Jesus in John 16:33 make this very clear. He said, “These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.” When He overcame the world, you were in Him. He overcame the world, not for Himself but for you. Therefore, in Him, you’ve overcome the world and the god of this world, Satan. You’re superior to Satan, his cohorts of darkness, and the corrupting influences of this age. You belong to a royal class. You’ve been brought into a higher realm of existence, with dominion and excellence. When others complain about their circumstances, you bring solutions. You’re not part of the crowd demanding change; you’re the one effecting changes through your words and prayers. You have a Father who’s greater than all, and He lives in you; you represent Him. Therefore, never think or talk like the ordinary man. Understand who you are; your calling is to reveal God’s excellence and righteousness to your world. You’ve been set as a light in a dark world. You’re Heaven’s best; chosen, royal and supremely blessed: “But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a dedicated nation, [God’s] own purchased, special people, that you may set forth the wonderful deeds and display the virtues and perfections of Him Who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light” (1 Peter 2:9 AMPC). PRAYER Dear Father, thank you for choosing me out of the world and setting me apart for your glory. I’m conscious of my divine origin and heavenly calling. I function from the realm of glory, shining your light and dispensing your grace to my world. I live as royalty, revealing the beauty and excellence of the Kingdom, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. FURTHER STUDY 1 John 5:4-5 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. [5] Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God? John 17:14-16 I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. 15 I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil. 16 They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. Matthew 5:14-16 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. 15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. 16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. 1-YEAR BIBLE READING PLAN Matthew 10:24-42 & Genesis 34-35 2-YEAR BIBLE READING PLAN Acts 9:10-20 & Esther 9-10 |
RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL TUESDAY, 13TH JANUARY THEME: THE GOD-LIFE IN YOU THEME SCRIPTURE: And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life… (1 John 5:11-12). Eternal life isn’t just about living forever; it’s the God-life in you; the organic and existential attributes of deity in you, which makes you taxonomically different from the natural man. This life makes you superior to Satan, sickness, disease, failure, and death. The Lord Jesus didn’t come to give us religion; He came to give us the God-life (John 10:10). In John 10:27-28, He said, “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish....” When you have eternal life, you’re severed or separated from those who could perish. John 3:16 says, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” Eternal life makes you indestructible and invincible. It makes you a partaker of the divine nature. As one who’s born again and has received the God-life, you’re hundred per cent divine despite having a human body. Your body is the outer casing for the real you, your spirit, wherein is the life and nature of God. That’s the reason your body is impacted by the power and glory of the God-life in you. Another beautiful truth is that you’re a distributor of that life—the God-life in you. Anything and anyone you touch comes alive because you’re born in the image and similitude of the life giver, the Lord Jesus Christ, the second and last Adam (read 1 Corinthians 15:45-47 ESV). As He is, so are you in this world (1 John 4:17). You’re a life-giver, a minister of life. Wherever you go, you bring healing, peace and transformation. When you lay your hands on the sick, the life in you flows out of you to bring restoration. When you speak words of faith, life is transmitted into every situation. You’re of a higher class, a divine species, chosen and separated by God to manifest His life, glory and righteousness in the earth. Hallelujah! PRAYER Dear Father, I thank you for giving me eternal life and thus elevating me to your class of being. I function with divine wisdom, power and excellence. I’m a dispenser of life and the fragrance of your glory everywhere; thank you, Lord, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. FURTHER STUDY 1 Corinthians 15:45-47 KJV And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit. 46 Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual. 47 The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven. 2 Peter 1:4 KJV; Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. 1 John 5:11-13 NIV; And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. 12 Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life. 13 I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life. 1-YEAR BIBLE READING PLAN Matthew 10:1-23 & Genesis 31-33 2-YEAR BIBLE READING PLAN Acts 9:1-9 & Esther 7-8 |
RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL MONDAY, 12TH JANUARY THEME: RULE YOUR WORLD WITH YOUR WORDS THEME SCRIPTURE: For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned (Matthew 12:37). Words are powerful; they’re tangible spiritual instruments of creation. God created the universe by speaking, and being made in His image, you have His creative ability. Your words are much more than sounds; they carry spiritual substance. They frame your life and rule your world. Your life rises or falls to the level of your confessions or your mouth-work. When you speak in line with God’s Word, you set in motion the divine laws of success, prosperity, and victory. Conversely, when you speak words of fear, doubt, or defeat, you give room to the adversary. The Bible says, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue...” (Proverbs 18:21). 1 Peter 3:10 says, “For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile.” To refrain your tongue from evil is to refuse to speak anything that contradicts the Word of God. It means to speak the Word only and always, irrespective of the sensory evidence or perception. Every time you speak, release faith, not fear; life, not death; and victory, not failure. Your mouth is the control centre of your destiny. Don’t wait for situations to change before you speak; speak the change you want to see. Declare who you are in Christ, what you have, and what you can do through Him. Your words are divine tools for rulership; rule your world with your words. You’re a king, and kings reign with words. Ecclesiastes 8:4 says where the word of a king is, there’s power. Kings make decrees, and the Bible says you shall decree a thing, and it shall be established unto you (Job 22:28). Use your mouth to issue the right decrees about your life, your health, your family, your future, your environment and your destiny. Hallelujah! CONFESSION My words are full of power and life. I speak wisdom, victory and success always. My words prevail always because they’re backed by the authority of heaven. I rule my world with my tongue, creating the realities of the Kingdom and living in the victory of Christ today and always, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. FURTHER STUDY Matthew 12:35-37 KJV; A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things. 36 But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. 37 For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned. Mark 11:23 KJV; For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. Hebrews 13:5-6 KJV; Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. 6 So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me. 1-YEAR BIBLE READING PLAN Matthew 9:18-38 & Genesis 29-30 2-YEAR BIBLE READING PLAN Acts 8:26-40 & Esther 5-6 |
RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL SUNDAY, 11TH JANUARY THEME: THE POWER OF MEDITATION THEME SCRIPTURE: This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success (Joshua 1:8 ). Meditation is one of the most powerful principles in the Word of God. It’s the spiritual process that causes the Word to move from your mind into your spirit, where it becomes a living force. Through meditation, the Word moves from information to revelation and from revelation to manifestation. Your life becomes the living epitome of the Word. Meditating on the Word goes beyond merely thinking the Word in your mind; it involves muttering, talking under your breath until it dominates your consciousness. This is an important key to permanent and undeniable success, as read in our opening scripture. From muttering the Word in meditation, you’re to graduate to the third and higher level of meditation, which is to shout or roar (Hebrew—Hagah). You constantly “roar” the Word in victory and celebration. It produces boldness, faith and insight. These and more are the benefits of meditation. It aligns your thoughts with God’s thoughts and synchronises your words with His will. The more you meditate, the more the Word dominates your senses, emotions and circumstances. Soon, you see and speak as God does, and the impossible becomes possible. Don’t allow a day to pass without meditating on the Word. Set time apart to ponder the Scriptures, speak them aloud, and visualise their fulfilment in your life. As you do, the Word will energise your spirit and produce in and for you what it talks about. Hallelujah! PRAYER Dear Father, I thank you for causing your Word to dwell in me richly, bringing ineffable blessings to my life. My spirit is energised, my mind is renewed, and I walk in divine wisdom, strength and success; your Word in my heart and in my mouth is my advantage and my guarantee of non-stop progress in Jesus’ Name. Amen. FURTHER STUDY: Psalm 1:1-3 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. 2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night. 3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper. 1 Timothy 4:15 Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all. Colossians 3:16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. Joshua 1:8 AMPC This Book of the Law shall not depart out of your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe and do according to all that is written in it. RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL SATURDAY, 10TH JANUARY THEME: THE WORD AT WORK IN YOU THEME SCRIPTURE: For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword… (Hebrews 4:12). God’s Word is living and active; it has the power to change anything and anyone. When you receive the Word into your heart, it produces what it talks about. It heals, transforms the mind, produces prosperity, and causes you to walk in victory. The Word works when it is received and acted upon. It’s programmed to produce results in the one who receives it in faith. It’s the reason we’re enjoined to be doers of the Word and not hearers only: “But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only…whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed” (James 1:22-25). The blessing is in doing the Word. It’s not enough to hear it; you must believe it, declare it, and act on it. When you respond to the Word rightly, it takes root in your spirit, dominates your thoughts and actions, and prevails over circumstances. Think of the Word as a living seed. Once planted in a receptive heart, it grows and produces fruits of righteousness, health and success. That is why meditating on the Word is so vital; it causes the Word to move from your head into your heart, where it becomes a living reality that governs your life, activating its creative power. Remember, the Word created and sustains the universe and everything therein: John 1:1-3, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God… All things were made by him; and without him was not anything made that was made.” Hebrews 1:3 tells us that God upholds all things by the word of His power. Therefore, the Word can and would surely build your life and your future if you give it preeminence in your life. It’ll sustain your success and prosperity, and keep you in perpetual victory. Psalm 1:1-3 (TPT) beautifully describes what happens when you’re a doer of the Word: you’re like a tree deeply planted and rooted by the brooks of bliss, bearing fruits in every season of life. You’re luscious, ever blessed and ever prosperous. Blessed be God! PRAYER Dear Father, your Word is alive in me and at work in my body, my mind, and my spirit, producing divine health, wisdom, and success. I live by the Word, and it propels me on the pathway of unending blessings, glory and excellence today, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. FURTHER STUDY Colossians 3:16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. James 1:22-25 NKJV But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. 23 For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man observing his natural face in a mirror; 24 for he observes himself, goes away, and immediately forgets what kind of man he was. 25 But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does. Acts 20:32 And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified. 1-YEAR BIBLE READING PLAN Matthew 8:1-27; Genesis 25-26 2-YEAR BIBLE READING PLAN Acts 8:1-13; Esther 1-2 |

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL FRIDAY, 9TH JANUARY THEME: KEEP GROWING AND KEEP WINNING THEME SCRIPTURE: Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this (Isaiah 9:7). Growth is a divine attribute. Everything connected to God grows, and as a child of God, that is your testimony. Your growth has no limits. You’ve been brought into a life of ever-increasing glory, ever-increasing grace, ever-increasing faith, and ever-increasing knowledge. Your expansion and progress are not seasonal; they’re eternal. Just as the increase of Christ’s government and peace has no end, your growth in life, influence and impact should have no end. I’ve often shared the testimony of how the Lord said to me, “Son, keep growing”; He gave me license to grow endlessly. Now, I share this with you. God has granted you divine authorisation for limitless progress; no barrier, opposition, or circumstance can halt your advancement. The Bible says, “Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all” (1 Timothy 4:15). Here, the Spirit, through the Apostle Paul, shows us how to sustain and maintain that life of ever-increasing greatness, success, progress and continuous prosperity: it’s by meditating on the Word. The word “appear” is from the Greek, “phaneros” and it means to spread abroad, to make widely known. Your progress isn’t meant to be hidden or obscure; rather, it’s continuous. You’re empowered to keep making progress, towering higher and higher as a mighty edifice. You have the life of God in you and that life knows no stagnation. Refuse to think small or settle for less. Keep stretching forward. Keep expanding your vision and enlarging your borders. The Bible says the path of the just is as the shining light that shines brighter and brighter unto the perfect day (Proverbs 4:18). That’s your story. Until the rapture takes place, keep winning, keep growing, and keep making progress from glory to glory. PRAYER Dear Father, thank you for giving me the grace to grow endlessly. My increase, progress and success have no limits because I’m propelled by the power of the Holy Spirit to always win. Nothing hinders my advancement. I continuously grow in influence, in wisdom, and in grace, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. FURTHER STUDY: Proverbs 4:18 KJV; But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day. RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL THURSDAY, 8TH JANUARY THEME: THE EPITOME OF THE BLESSING THEME SCRIPTURE: And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise (Galatians 3:29) When God said to Abraham, "And I will make of thee a great nation, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing"(Genesis 12:2), He wasn't referring to something abstract or symbolic. He was establishing a divine lineage of blessing, one that now flows through you in Christ. You're not merely someone who's blessed; you're the very embodiment of the blessing. The blessing of God is a living force within you. When you show up, prosperity arrives; progress sets in; righteousness is in force. When you speak, doors open, lives are transformed. You're a distributor of divine favour and grace. Everything about you radiates the blessing. Understand that the blessing isn't something you seek to receive from outside; it's who you are. You're the fulfilment of God's promise to Abraham. Just as Abraham became great through the blessing, you've been empowered to prosper and to make others prosper. Your presence in a home, workplace, or city is a divine advantage to that place. Let this be your mindset. Declare continually, "I am blessed, and I'm a blessing. I'm a divine advantage everywhere I go." This consciousness will transform your world and manifest the glory of God through you. CONFESSION I'm the seed of Abraham, and therefore, the blessing of God flows in and through me. I'm a solution and a divine advantage to my world. I bring prosperity, peace and progress to all those that come in contact with me. I'm the expression of God's goodness and the dispenser of His grace, glory and righteousness. Amen. FURTHER STUDY: Genesis 12:2-3 And I will make of thee a great nation , and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing: 3 And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed. RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL WEDNESDAY, 7TH JANUARY THEME: FRUITFUL AT ALL TIMES THEME SCRIPTURE: And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing (Isaiah 10:27). The blessing of God works in your life irrespective of where you are or who’s against you. It doesn’t matter that the environment is hostile or friendly towards you; you’re a success everywhere you go. God ordained you to be fruitful everywhere and in every place; fruitful at all times. Hallelujah! The anointing comes with grace (Ephesians 4:7). This is your heritage as the seed of Abraham. Opposition becomes your opportunity, and adversity turns into your advantage. There’s a supernatural force at work in you and in your behalf that alters conditions in your favour, making you fruitful in every good work as you increase in the knowledge of God. The word “anointing” in Isaiah 10:27 also means “fatness.” It conveys the idea of fruitfulness, growth and unstoppable increase. You “enlarge” so much that the “yoke,” any limitation or restriction around you, is broken. The blessing makes you so prosperous that what once constrained you can no longer contain you. The testimony of Isaac, as revealed in Genesis 26:12-18, is a case in point. He sowed in a time of famine and reaped a hundredfold the same year, so much so that the Philistines envied him. His increase defied the economy, logic and human comprehension. The same blessing, and even greater, is at work in you today. It’s working in your finances, your health, your ministry, and every area of your life, creating the right conditions for your success. The blessing in you perfects things around you. Speak words of faith; act on the Word, and let the power of the blessing manifest. It’ll make the impossible possible and the barren fruitful. Furthermore, Psalm 1:1-3 says, “Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.” This is your life; be ever conscious of this reality. PRAYER Thank you, Lord, for I’m blessed and empowered to prosper. The blessing at work in me, creates opportunities and favourable conditions for my advancement. Nothing can limit my progress, for I’m anointed for greatness and increase. I’m growing, expanding and flourishing every day, by the power of the Holy Spirit, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. FURTHER STUDY: Genesis 26:12-13 Then Isaac sowed in that land, and received in the same year an hundredfold: and the LORD blessed him. 13 And the man waxed great, and went forward, and grew until he became very great: Psalm 92:12-14 The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon. 13 Those that be planted in the house of the LORD shall flourish in the courts of our God. 14 They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat and flourishing; Psalm 1:1-3 TPT What delight comes to those who follow God’s ways! They won’t walk in step with the wicked, nor share the sinner’s way, nor be found sitting in the scorner’s seat. 2 Their pleasure and passion is remaining true to the Word of “I Am,” meditating day and night in his true revelation of light. 3 They will be standing firm like a flourishing tree planted by God’s design, deeply rooted by the brooks of bliss, bearing fruit in every season of their lives. They are never dry, never fainting, ever blessed, ever prosperous. 1-YEAR BIBLE READING PLAN Matthew 6:1-18 & Genesis 18-19 2-YEAR BIBLE READING PLAN Acts 7:33-42 & Nehemiah 11 |
RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL TUESDAY, 6TH JANUARY THEME: GRACE AND THE ANOINTING THEME SCRIPTURE: But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ (Ephesians 4:7). There’s a vital distinction between grace and the anointing. Many use both terms interchangeably, yet the Word of God shows they’re not the same. The anointing refers to the consecration and indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit, the empowerment that sets you apart for God’s purpose. Grace, on the other hand, refers to the divine enablement and favour granted you according to your specific calling and responsibility in the body of Christ. Every Christian has received the same anointing, for it’s the same Holy Spirit that dwells in us all. That anointing abides in you, never diminishes and brings special grace into your life "But to each one of us grace has been given as Christ apportioned it" (Ephesians 4:7 NIV). However, grace operates differently. You can grow in grace (2 Peter 3:18), the grace on your life can be multiplied (2 Peter 1:2), and you can receive more grace, as the Bible says, “...he giveth more grace...” (James 4:6). Yes, He gives more grace, but He doesn’t give more anointing. You can grow in grace as you grow in faith, in the knowledge of God and revelation of the Lord Jesus Christ. Grace determines your scope of influence and effectiveness in the calling God has given you. Recognise, therefore, that while your grace can increase, your anointing is complete. You already have the fullness of the Spirit. Live with this understanding and allow the grace of God in your life to multiply through your knowledge of God and fellowship with the Word. Hallelujah! PRAYER Dear Father, I thank you for giving me your Spirit without measure and for the grace to fulfil my divine calling. I walk in the understanding that I’m fully anointed and empowered by the Holy Spirit to accomplish your purpose for my life. As I grow in grace and knowledge, I have greater results in my life, impact and fruitfulness, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. FURTHER STUDY: 2 Peter 1:2 Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, 1 John 2:27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him. 2 Corinthians 9:8 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work: 1-YEAR BIBLE READING PLAN Matthew 5:21-48 & Genesis 15-17 2-YEAR BIBLE READING PLAN Acts 7:22-32 & Nehemiah 10 |
RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL MONDAY, 5TH JANUARY THEME: YOU HAVE THE FULLNESS OF THE SPIRIT THEME SCRIPTURE: For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him (John 3:34). As discussed in our previous study, when you received the Holy Spirit, you didn’t get a portion of Him; you received the fullness of the Spirit. God doesn’t give the Holy Spirit by measure in the New Testament. You’ve received the same Spirit that raised the Lord Jesus from the dead and empowered Him to work miracles, heal the sick, cast out devils, and raise the dead. Now that you’re born again, don’t wait for another outpouring or a higher dimension of the Spirit; you already have all of Him living in you. What you need is the bold expression of His person and presence within you. The more conscious you are of the Spirit’s indwelling, the more He manifests Himself to you and through you. The Holy Spirit isn’t a feeling, a wind, or a power; He’s the Father that dwells in you, just as the Lord Jesus said in John 14:10, “…the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.” When He said this, He was referring to the Holy Spirit. Therefore, refuse to think you’re limited, disadvantaged or hamstrung. You’re full of divine energy, wisdom and ability. You’re more than a conqueror. You can do all things. You’ve overcome Satan, the world, every adversary and adversity, because the greater One lives in you: “Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world” (1 John 4:4). When you speak, it’s God speaking through you. When you lay hands on the sick, it’s the Holy Spirit ministering through you. You’re His living temple, His tabernacle of witness, the ark of His presence. You carry His glory, righteousness, grace and love everywhere you go. PRAYER Thank you, blessed Father, for granting me the fullness of the Spirit; His presence and power are active in me, producing excellence, victory and success in every area of my life. I’m full of divine wisdom and power, and I manifest the glory and dominion of Christ today, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. Colossians 2:9-10 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. [10] And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power: John 14:16-17 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; 17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. 1-YEAR BIBLE READING PLAN Matthew 5:1-20 & Genesis 12-14 2-YEAR BIBLE READING PLAN Acts 7:12-21 & Nehemiah 9 |
