THEME: UNDERSTANDING THE ANOINTING

THEME SCRIPTURE: But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him (1 John 2:27).

Some Christians think of the anointing as something that comes and goes, but that’s not your reality as a new creation in Christ. The anointing of God abides in you permanently. It’s the presence and power of the Holy Spirit that equips you to function in the divine life.

In the Old Testament, the kings and priests were anointed with oil as a symbol of consecration. But in the New Testament, it’s different. When you received the Holy Spirit, you received a person into your life. You received the fullness of the Spirit without measure, not in parts or degrees. You have the totality of God’s Spirit resident in you, with power.

You don’t need to ask for more anointing or more power from God. What you need is a greater consciousness of the One who lives in you. The more you’re aware of His presence, the more His graces and power function through you. Stop “waiting” for the anointing to come; it’s already in you. That anointing teaches, guides, strengthens, and empowers you for success and impact, as read in our opening scripture. Walk in this consciousness every day.

CONFESSION
I’m full of divine wisdom, strength and ability to accomplish every task. The power of God works mightily in me and through me, producing excellence in all I do, because the Holy Spirit lives in me. He guides me and teaches me all things; He empowers me for success and impact. Blessed be God!

FURTHER STUDY:
John 3:34 For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him.

2 Corinthians 1:21-22 Now he which stablisheth us with you in Christ, and hath anointed us, is God; 22 Who hath also sealed us, and given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts.

John 14:16-17 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; 17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

THEME: INSPIRING FAITH IN OTHERS

THEME SCRIPTURE: ...when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth? (Luke 18:8 ).

Faith is the language of the Kingdom. It’s how we live, serve and please God. The Lord Jesus raised a remarkable question in our opening verse: “When the Son of man comes, shall He find faith on the earth?” Our assignment isn’t only to preach salvation but also to teach the nations how to live by faith.

Faith is not a religious idea; it’s a spiritual principle by which we make divine realities real in this material world. Faith calls things that are not as though they were. Faith is acting on God’s Word. It is acting your believing; it’s doing what the Word says, regardless of circumstances or how you feel. When you learn to live this way, nothing shall be impossible to you.

The Lord Jesus said, “…for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you” (Matthew 17:20). Challenge others by your own faith. As you share the Gospel, let your words communicate confidence, victory and the dominion of the Word. Help others understand that the life of faith is a life of divine possibilities. Faith always works, because it’s based on the irrefutable, infallible, unchanging, all-powerful, living Word of God. Hallelujah!

CONFESSION
I’m full of faith; my words and lifestyle inspire faith in others and produce divine results. Nothing is impossible to me because I live by the Word. Through me, many are brought into the Kingdom and taught to live the life of faith in Christ Jesus. Amen!

FURTHER STUDY
Romans 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Hebrews 11:1-6 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. [2] For by it the elders obtained a good report. [3] Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. [4] By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh. [5] By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God. [6] But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

THEME: THE MESSAGE OF CHRIST’S SALVATION

THEME SCRIPTURE: And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come (Matthew 24:14).

The message of Christ’s salvation is God’s answer to the darkness and confusion in the world. It’s our responsibility to ensure that everyone hears and receives it before the Lord’s return. The Lord said the Gospel would be preached in all the world for a witness, and then the end would come.

This means the timeline of history was so designed that the Church should finish the work. You’re part of the generation chosen to wrap up the ages. Don’t sit back watching others do it. Participate actively through intercessory prayer, strategic involvement in Gospel initiatives, financial partnership, and bold witnessing.

The Spirit of God has equipped you to reach your world. 2 Corinthians 3:5-6 says, “Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God; Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament….” Acts 1:8 declares, “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.”

Remember, the mission continues. The mandate and urgency of the Spirit is clear: God wants all men to be saved and to come unto the knowledge of the truth that there’s only one God, and one mediator between God and mankind, Christ Jesus, who gave Himself as a ransom for all humanity (1 Timothy 2:5-6).

He’s the answer to every problem, the solution to the pain, misery, decay and disease in the world. He’s the life-giver. He’s the true God and eternal life: “And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life” (1 John 5:20).

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for committing to me the responsibility of the Gospel. I’m empowered by your Spirit to reach my world with the message of Christ’s love, power and righteousness. Through us, your grace and truth are made known everywhere and prevail in every nation, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Romans 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

THEME: THE MISSION CONTINUES

THEME SCRIPTURE: Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work (John 4:34).

Doing the Father’s will and finishing His work was the Lord’s primary focus and utmost desire; it was His satisfaction and fulfilment. That same Spirit and conviction drove us to complete the full preaching of the Gospel to every nation by the end of 2025. But the mission of the Gospel continues.

We must keep preaching and teaching the nations how to live as the Lord instructs in Matthew 28:19-20, “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.” This is the Father’s will, and it should be your vision and shape your life’s priorities.

The nations need to be taught the Word of God; they need to be discipled and prepared for the coming of the Lord. God has given us the Rhapsody of Realities as a divine tool for this purpose. Through it, by the power of the Holy Spirit, we’re teaching and helping God’s people live to their fullest potential in Christ.

Habakkuk 2:14 declares, “For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.” Let your life be driven by this vision. Every soul you win, every copy of Rhapsody of Realities you distribute, every seed you sow in faith into the spread of the Gospel, all contribute to the fulfilment of the great vision of Habakkuk 2:14.

Therefore, refuse to be distracted. Live for the joy of unveiling to others the Christ-life, educating them on the transcendence and supreme dominion of the righteousness we possess in Him. Be committed to discipling the nations, teaching them and establishing them in the truth of the Gospel.

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for counting me faithful to be a part of your end-time work. I live for the fulfilment of your divine mandate to teach all nations and impact people around the world with the knowledge of your living Word. I’m strengthened, stirred and empowered by the Holy Spirit for this great task, for my life is for your glory and the advancement of your Kingdom, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

FURTHER STUDY:
Matthew 28:19-20 NIV Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

Habakkuk 2:14 NLT For as the waters fill the sea, the earth will be filled with an awareness of the glory of the Lord.

Mark 16:15-16 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. 16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

THEME: YOUR LIGHT MUST SHINE

THEME SCRIPTURE: Ye are the light of the world… Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven (Matthew 5:14,16).

Light is that which describes; it gives direction. Light doesn’t argue with darkness; it simply shines and dispels darkness. You’re the light of the world; that means your presence in any environment dispels darkness and brings enlightenment. It brings guidance and reveals truth.

Your life as a Christian is meant to expose deception, bring hope, and illuminate the path of righteousness for others. God expects His glory in you to radiate through every part of your daily living. He wants His life and righteousness to be visible through your words, your conduct, your love-walk, and through your witnessing.

Notice again the profundity of the Master’s statement about you: “Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven” (Matthew 5:14-16).

Refuse to be a hidden Christian. Let your faith speak. Let your compassion lead. Let your words, actions and outlook on life reflect your convictions about Christ and His glorious Gospel. Even those who are yet to read the Bible should read Christ in you, for you’re His Epistle (2 Corinthians 3:3). You’re the effulgence of His glory.

Therefore, illuminate your world, your environment and the lives of those around you with the life and light of Christ that’s in you. Isaiah 60:1 declares, “Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee.” This isn’t optional; it’s a divine mandate. God has made you a burning and a shining light. So light up your world with the Gospel of His truth, righteousness and grace. Hallelujah!

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for making me the light of the world. I shine brightly in my world today, illuminating lives with your love, truth and grace. My light draws men to Christ and glorifies you always, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

FURTHER STUDY:
Philippians 2:14-15 NLT Do everything without complaining and arguing, 15 so that no one can criticize you. Live clean, innocent lives as children of God, shining like bright lights in a world full of crooked and perverse people.

Isaiah 60:1-3 Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee. 2 For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee. 3 And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising.

Ephesians 5:8 For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light:

Matthew 5:14-16 NKJV You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. 16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.

Mutual Funds vs. Fixed Deposit (FD)
Mutual funds are funds that are managed by a professional fund manager. A mutual fund is a collection of money from many investors, who pool their money to invest in stocks, bonds, or other assets. Fixed deposits (FDs), on the other hand, are funds deposited in a bank for a fixed period of time. An investor can earn greater returns on his money by investing in mutual funds as compared to FDs because they offer higher interest rates than FDs do.

Equity mutual funds have higher risk and are better suited for investors with a high risk appetite as compared to debt mutual funds which have a lower risk but may not generate as much ROI. As an investor’s risk profile changes over time, it is advisable that they switch between equity and debt-based investment strategies to get the best returns without jeopardizing their capital base too much.

Which option suits your needs?
It is important to understand this difference between mutual funds and fixed deposits (FD) before deciding which one suits your needs.

FDs have a fixed tenure and you cannot withdraw your money before the maturity date. This means that if you invest in an FD for 1 year, then need the cash after 6 months, you will not be able to withdraw it prematurely (without penalties).
Mutual funds have a flexible tenure and you can withdraw your money anytime without penalty or tax implication.
Who should invest in mutual funds?
If you are a person investing for the long term, and are willing to take risks, then mutual funds are the best option. If you want to diversify your portfolio and get better returns, then mutual funds are the best option. Mutual funds allow investors to invest in stocks and bonds and have exposure across equity and debt markets through one investment instrument.
In terms of percentages or ROI, which is better between mutual funds and fixed deposits? With reference to banks with higher mutual funds interest

Finding the right fixed deposit account in Nigeria can significantly impact how fast your savings grow. With inflation affecting purchasing power and interest rates fluctuating, Nigerian investors need accurate, up-to-date information to make smart decisions about where to park their funds.

This guide highlights the banks offering the most competitive fixed deposit rates in Q4 2025, helping you maximize your investment returns.

Understanding Fixed Deposit Rates in Nigeria
Fixed deposit rates in Nigeria typically range between 5% and 15% per annum, depending on the bank, deposit tenure, and amount invested. However, some merchants and smaller commercial banks now offer rates above 20% p.a., especially for longer tenures and larger deposits.

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) mandates all banks to publish interest rates weekly. The current Monetary Policy Rate (MPR) stands at 27%, setting a strong benchmark that influences fixed deposit rates nationwide.

Why Rates Vary Significantly Across Banks
Several factors explain the wide variation in fixed deposit rates:

Bank Size and Funding Needs: Smaller banks and merchant banks often offer higher rates to attract deposits and compete with larger, established institutions.

Liquidity Position: Banks with immediate funding requirements typically offer more attractive rates to mobilize deposits quickly.

Customer Segmentation: Interest rates can vary by tenure, with longer tenures typically offering higher rates. Some banks also offer preferential rates for high-net-worth individuals or specific deposit amounts.

Institutional Type: Merchant banks like FSDH often provide better interest rates than traditional banks, as they focus on wholesale banking and investment services.

What to Consider Beyond Interest Rates
While high rates are attractive, smart investors evaluate multiple factors:

Bank Stability and Security: The Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC) protects up to ₦500,000 for each depositor at each bank. Always verify that your chosen bank is NDIC-insured.

Minimum Deposit Requirements: Higher rates often require substantial minimum deposits, ranging from ₦100,000 to several million naira.

Tenure Flexibility: Consider your liquidity needs. Longer tenure fixed deposits typically offer better rates but lock your funds for extended periods.

Early Withdrawal Penalties: Accessing fixed deposit funds before maturity typically incurs penalties, which can significantly reduce your overall returns.

How to Maximize Your Fixed Deposit Returns
Laddering Strategy: Split your investment into multiple fixed deposits with varying tenures to balance liquidity and returns. For example, divide ₦1.5 million into three deposits: ₦500,000 for 6 months, ₦500,000 for 1 year, and ₦500,000 for 2 years.

Compare Rates Regularly: Interest rates fluctuate based on CBN monetary policy decisions. Use nairaCompare's fixed deposit comparison tool to find the best current rates.

Negotiate for Better Rates: For large deposits above ₦5 million, banks may offer preferential rates above their published rates.

Consider Compounding: Reinvesting interest earnings leverages the power of compounding, significantly boosting overall returns over time.

How to Open a Fixed Deposit Account
Choose Your Bank: Compare rates using nairaCompare and select a bank or provider that meets your needs
Initiate application
Provide Required Documents: Valid ID (National ID, driver's license, or international passport), BVN, proof of address, and initial deposit
Select Your Terms: Choose deposit amount, tenure (typically 30 days to 36 months), and interest payout frequency
Confirm Details: Review all terms, including interest rate, maturity date, and penalty clauses, before signing

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Which Nigerian bank has the highest fixed deposit rate? Based on recent CBN data, Providus Bank offers the highest rate at 23.66% p.a., followed by FSDH Merchant Bank at 23.00%.

Q: Are fixed deposit rates negotiable? Yes, especially for large deposits. Banks may offer rates above published rates for deposits exceeding ₦5 million.

Q: How often do fixed deposit rates change? Rates can change weekly based on market conditions and CBN monetary policy decisions. Always verify current rates before investing.

Q: Can I withdraw my fixed deposit before maturity? Yes, but early withdrawal typically incurs penalties that reduce your overall returns. Some banks charge a loss of all accrued interest.

Q: What's the minimum amount for a fixed deposit? Minimum deposits vary by bank, typically ranging from ₦50,000 to ₦500,000. Higher minimums often secure better rates.

Final Thoughts: Make Your Money Work Harder
Fixed deposits remain one of Nigeria's safest investment options, offering guaranteed returns without market volatility. While merchant banks and smaller commercial banks currently offer the highest rates (above 20% p.a.), investors should balance rate attractiveness with bank stability and their own liquidity needs.

With the MPR at 27% and inflation concerns ongoing, fixed deposit rates in Q4 2025 provide real positive returns for savers. Use nairaCompare's comparison tools to find the best rates, and always verify current rates directly with banks before investing.

Note: Fixed deposit rates change frequently. The rates presented here are based on the most recent published CBN data. Always confirm current rates and terms directly with your chosen financial institution before making investment decisions.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL

TUESDAY, 30TH DECEMBER

THEME: CALLED TO INHERIT ALL THINGS

THEME SCRIPTURE: In whom we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will (Ephesians 1:11).

God's purpose in Christ wasn't just to save us from sin; it was to bring us into our inheritance, an inheritance rooted in the blessing of Abraham. The Bible says we are heirs of God and joint-heirs with Christ (Romans 8:17). That means everything that belongs to Christ belongs to you in the same way and measure that it belongs to Him.

So, what are the things that belong to Christ? What's the extent of His inheritance? The Bible says the whole world and everything therein belongs to Him: "The earth is the LORD's, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein" (Psalm 24:1). The Apostle Paul in Ephesians 3:8 AMPC also gives us a glimpse into the limitless and unfathomable extent of His inheritance: "To me, though I am the very least of all the saints (God's consecrated people), this grace (favor, privilege) was granted and graciously entrusted: to proclaim to the Gentiles the unending (boundless, fathomless, incalculable, and exhaustless) riches of Christ [wealth which no human being could have searched out]."

This describes the degree or magnitude of your inheritance in Christ. You own what He owns because you're one with Him. This isn't something to be hoped for in the distant future. Ephesians 1:11 says you've already obtained an inheritance. That's past tense. You're a possessor now. Through Christ, you have access to everything that belongs to the Father---wisdom, wealth, peace, authority, and glory.

Even more, Ephesians 1:14 calls the Holy Spirit the "earnest" of our inheritance, the deposit or down payment that guarantees we own everything in Christ. If God gave you His Spirit, then everything is included. It helps you further understand the words of the Spirit through the Apostle Paul in 1 Corinthians 3:21-22, "Therefore let no man glory in men. For all things are yours; Whether Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things to come; all are yours."

Refuse to think small. Don't see yourself as disadvantaged. You're chosen, predestined and positioned for greatness. Think, talk, and live with the consciousness that all things are yours in Christ Jesus: "According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue" (2 Peter 1:3).

CONFESSION
I've obtained an inheritance in Christ; all things are mine. The blessing of Abraham is working in me. I walk in dominion, fruitfulness and divine favour. I live in the reality of my inheritance in Christ today, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

FURTHER STUDY:
Romans 8:16-17 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: 17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with [him,] that we may be also glorified together.

Galatians 4:7; Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if son, then an heir of God through Christ.

Ephesians 1:11-14 In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will: 12 That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ. 13 In whom ye also [trusted,] after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, 14 Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.

1 Corinthians 3:21-22 NIV; 21 So then, no more boasting about human leaders! All things are yours, 22 whether Paul or Apollos or Cephas or the world of life or death or the present or the future---all are yours,

THEME: WE REIGN BY HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS

THEME SCRIPTURE: For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ (Romans 5:17).

Did you notice from our opening scripture that righteousness is a gift from God? It's not something you're going to work out or attain by your good works or “performance.” Rather, it’s a gift you have to receive. It’s been given to the whole world, but have you received it?

You've got to receive it if you haven’t done so; all you have to do is believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and say, “Lord, I accept and receive your righteousness. I confess that you’re Lord of my life, believing in my heart that God raised you from the dead. Amen.” He makes you as righteous as Himself because what He gives you is His own righteousness. 2 Corinthians 5:21 says, “For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.”

Also, Romans 5:1 says, “Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.” Notice it didn’t say being justified by how much money you have or how much you struggle to please God. Rather, it says being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. What is it to be justified?

It means to be declared righteous. It actually means to be declared not guilty, discharged and acquitted. How gracious the Lord is! He acquitted us; so, what about our sins? Before we were born again, they were washed in His blood; when we believed and confessed His Lordship, we became new creatures without a past and thus justified. Hallelujah!

Then He tells us something remarkable that happens with those who receive this gift of righteousness: they reign in life: “…much more surely will those who receive [God’s] overflowing grace (unmerited favor) and the free gift of righteousness...reign as kings in life...” (Romans 5:17 AMPC). In Christianity, we’re not victims, paupers or beggars. In true Christianity, we reign in life by Jesus Christ. He gave us His Name to live by; so, we live and walk in His Name, reigning by grace through righteousness. Hallelujah!

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for the abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness by which I reign in life through Jesus Christ. I live triumphantly every day, walking in your righteousness, excellence, and exercising dominion over Satan and the systems of this world, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

THEME: YOU'RE GOD'S CONSUMMATE MAN

THEME SCRIPTURE: "For we are God's [own] handiwork (His workmanship), recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew]..." (Ephesians 2:10 AMPC).

Have you ever thought about the fact that you're God's consummate man? He made you without any form of defect, limitations or inhibitions. You're His excellently crafted masterpiece, perfect and complete. This is God's perfect will; this is what He had in mind when He made you, and this is what's on His mind today.

Hebrews 10:14 says, "For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified." That's you; you've been perfected forever, and you can't improve on perfect. Hallelujah! Even David understood this and said in praise to the Lord, "I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well" (Psalm 139:14). When God looks at you, He sees a consummate you; nothing missing, nothing broken.

It reminds of the Scripture that says, "... whatsoever God doeth, it shall be for ever: nothing can be put to it, nor any thing taken from it..." (Ecclesiastes 3:14). Whatever God does stands the test of time. His works are perfect. His works are eternal. When He created you, it wasn't part of the plan for your kidneys, your heart or your lungs to fail or for you to have a blood condition.

It wasn't part of the plan for your body to be bruised or mangled by sickness, disease or infirmities. You were perfected in health because there's a perfection to the work of God. Genesis 1:31 says, "And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good...." Notice what it says: God saw everything that He had made, and He said they were very good, not partially good. You must see yourself in this light.

You're consummate; that means you're excellent, perfect, ideal, flawless, complete, supreme, whole. You're replete with everything good, godly and divine. It helps you understand why the Bible says you're complete in Christ (Colossians 2:10). This is why you must stand your ground and refuse to be sick. Refuse to be a failure or a victim in life. Walk in dominion and supremacy over Satan, his cohorts, and circumstances of this world. You're God's peculiar treasure, perfected in righteousness and holiness. Glory to His Name forever!

PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank you for fashioning me in excellence and perfection. I'm your consummate workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works. I walk in preordained pathways of success, victory, health and righteousness, complete in Christ, replete with your divine nature and life, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

THEME: THE TRUE MESSAGE OF THE GOSPEL

THEME SCRIPTURE: Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life (Romans 6:4).

Sometimes I ask Christians, “Where does Christianity begin?” Oftentimes, many are not sure; they think Christianity began from the Cross, when Jesus was crucified. But no; Christianity began from the resurrection of Jesus Christ and was made possible by the presence of the Holy Spirit on the day of Pentecost. The true message of salvation is based on the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

This is important because it’ll show you whether or not you’re living the true Christian life or practising religious Christianity. Until Jesus died, it wasn’t possible for anyone to receive eternal life. His death only paid for our sins—the sins of the whole world. So, when He died, everybody's sin was paid for.

The Bible says God required one sacrifice, one perfect sacrifice, for sins because the blood of bulls and goats which the priests offered every year could not take away sin. Hebrews 10:11-14 says, “And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins: But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God…For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.”

His death was only to pay for our sins, but the sacrifice for our sins was not enough; God needed to have something better than that. He wanted us to have a sinless life. That became possible when Jesus resurrected. Remember, when He died, we died in Him. When He was buried, we were buried with Him. When He resurrected from the grave, we were raised together with Him.

At His resurrection, He was born again; rebegotten of God, “God hath fulfilled the same unto us their children, in that he hath raised up Jesus again; as it is also written in the second psalm, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee” (Acts 13:33). The first begotten of the dead (Revelation 1:5). Notice He’s called “first begotten” because of the rest of us, for as He is, so are we in this world (1 John 4:17). Romans 6:4 says, “Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.”

We’re products of His resurrection. When you were born again, you were born with a new life; the resurrection life. This is the true message of salvation. Hallelujah!

CONFESSION
Dear Father, thank you for the resurrection of Jesus Christ that made it possible for me to receive eternal life. I'm a product of His resurrection, born into a new life of righteousness, victory and dominion. I walk in the reality of this truth, conscious of the very life and nature of God in me. I live above sin, sickness, defeat and the systems of this world. Hallelujah!

FURTHER STUDY:
Romans 8:11 NIV And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit, who lives in you.

2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

Hebrews 10:11-14 NIV Day after day every priest stands and performs his religious duties; again and again he offers the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins. 12 But when this priest had offered for all time one sacrifice for sins, he sat down at the right hand of God, 13 and since that time he waits for his enemies to be made his footstool. 14 For by one sacrifice he has made perfect forever those who are being made holy.

THEME: THE LORD JESUS AFFIRMED HIS DEITY

THEME SCRIPTURE: Then came the Jews round about him, and said unto him, How long dost thou make us to doubt? If thou be the Christ, tell us plainly. Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believed not…(John 10:24-25).

There’re those who tell us Christians that even Jesus never said He was the Christ or the Son of God; therefore, why are we claiming what He never said about Himself? Well, anyone who thinks like that has never really read the Bible. Take for example our theme scripture above; the Jews came to Jesus and said, “How long are you going to keep us doubting; if you’re the Christ, tell us plainly.”

The Lord’s answer was very simple, clear and direct. He said to them, “I already told you but you refused to believe.” Then He added, “The works that I do in my Father's name, they bear witness.” In other words, besides me telling you that I am the Christ, the miracles, the works that I do in my Father’s Name are further proof that I am the Christ; they testify to who I am.

The Master minced no words in affirming His deity. He made it clear that He was the Christ. He even emphasized it further in the ensuing verses 27-30, saying, “…My sheep hear my voice…And I give unto them eternal life; …I and my Father are one.” This is amazing. You have to be God to talk like this. Only God gives eternal life, and Jesus is the true God and eternal life; that’s why He can give it: “And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life” (1 John 5:20). Hallelujah!

Then He also said, “I and my Father are one” (John 10:30). What a declaration. The Jews, because they understood the gravity of that statement, took up stones to stone Him to death, saying, “How can you, a mere man, dare to make yourself equal with God?” That’s because they didn’t know who He was. He declared that He was the Christ. He declared that He could give eternal life to men. He declared that He was the Son of God, which means God in human flesh. He said these things Himself.

In John 5:26 He said, “For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself.” Now you can understand why He gives eternal life to those who believe in Him. He has the authority. He has life as the Father has life. He’s one and co-equal with God. So, when you preach Jesus, when you talk about Him, when you believe in Him, you're not dealing with an ordinary man. Titus 2:13 calls Him the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ. He’s Himself God. Hallelujah!

PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank you for the revelation of Jesus Christ as God in human form, the Word made flesh. I believe and declare that He is the Christ, the true God and eternal life. I walk in the boldness and authority of His person, power, name and lordship, proclaiming His reign and divinity to the ends of the earth. Through me, His truth prevails and His glory is revealed, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

THEME: FELLOWSHIP WITH THE GODHEAD

THEME SCRIPTURE: That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ (1 John 1:3).

In Christ, we’ve been brought into fellowship with the Father, with the Son, and with the Holy Spirit. In line with our ongoing study, this is the third thing we get from the Lord Jesus—fellowship. The word fellowship is translated from the Greek “koinonia,” and it has several connotations.

Some beautiful synonyms in English include communion, which is a very strong word; it means oneness, a drinking together, we’re taking from the same source. Another one is communication and because of that communication, there's transportation.

Through the Lord Jesus, we’re able to enjoy this awesome oneness with the Father. While the world gropes in darkness, searching and yearning for fellowship with God, we have been brought into this extraordinary fellowship with the Godhead. This is huge. This is the true essence of Christmas. We’ve been made partakers of the divine nature (2 Peter 1:4), which means we’ve become “associates of the God-kind.”

1 Corinthians 1:9 declares, “God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.” As great and glorious as Jesus is, we’re now in fellowship, association, and union with Him. It means that we’re in friendship and in oneness with Him. No wonder the Apostle John tells us, “...truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ” (1 John 1:3). Hallelujah!

This same truth is reinforced in 2 Corinthians 13:14: “The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen.” That “communion” is the same word as fellowship. So, we are in fellowship with the Holy Spirit.

This is not a future promise. It’s our present hour reality. We’re no longer on the outside looking in. We’ve been brought into the inner circle of the Godhead, in deep, intimate fellowship. Let this consciousness rule your life. Walk daily in this divine fellowship. It’s the key to living victoriously every day.

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for the privilege of fellowship with you, with the Lord Jesus, and with the Holy Spirit. I live in the consciousness of this oneness, knowing I’m an associate of the God-kind, inseparably one with you. My life is full of glory and excellence, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

FURTHER STUDY:

1 Corinthians 6:17 But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.

John 14:23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.

THEME: ONLY JESUS GIVES ETERNAL LIFE

THEME SCRIPTURE: For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life (John 3:16).

In our previous study, we began discussing three important things we got from Jesus, and we reviewed righteousness as number one. In today’s study, I’ll explain the second one which is eternal life. Until Jesus Christ died and resurrected, it wasn’t possible for anyone to have eternal life. But what is eternal life? It’s the organic and existential attributes of deity.

Eternal life is the very essence of divinity, the divine life of Deity. That divine life is what Jesus made possible for us. This is what every religion in the world yearns to have. Everyone in the world, whether they believe in God or not, somehow or another, all want this divine nature. They're looking for that life, but they don't know how to get it or what it’s all about. They have the intuition within themselves that the human person was created to be much more. The human being isn’t supposed to merely exist, die like an ordinary animal and be forgotten forever. They believe there's something about the human person that lives forever, and they're looking for that “thing.”

Yes, they are right, but the only way to get it is to know Jesus and receive Him into your heart. He is the true God and eternal life: “And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent” (John 17:3). 1 John 5:20, “…and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.”

Then in John 10:27-28, He said something most remarkable, “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: AND I GIVE UNTO THEM ETERNAL LIFE; AND THEY SHALL NEVER PERISH….” Ponder again what we just read! You have to have or be something to be able to give it. Jesus Christ gives eternal life because He is eternal life and He imparted that life to you when you were born again. Blessed be God!

Now that you’re born again, you’ve passed from death to life (John 5:24). 1 John 5:11-12 says, “And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.”

Notice the tenses; it’s in the past: God’s testimony, His witness is that He has given to us eternal life, and this life is in His Son, Jesus. Anyone who has Jesus has life. Anyone who hasn’t received Jesus doesn’t have that life. Only Jesus gives eternal life. Hallelujah!

PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank you for the gift of eternal life, the very life and nature of God that’s in my spirit. I live above sickness, disease, defeat and death, because your divine life is at work in me. I walk in victory and glory every day, knowing that I’ve been made a partaker of your divine nature, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

THEME: THREE IMPORTANT THINGS JESUS BROUGHT TO US

THEME SCRIPTURE:...For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ (Romans 5:17).

There’re three important things that the Lord Jesus brought to us which every Christian must study diligently, understand and live by, especially this yuletide season. These are righteousness, eternal life, and fellowship. These are three things we receive from Jesus Christ that no one could have any other way. There’s no religion in the world that can give them, and in our study today, we will focus on one of them— righteousness.

Righteousness or the righteousness of God is the manifestation of His excellence, love and purpose. When we talk about the righteousness of God, we’re dealing with His excellence in everything; He's at the top of everything. He's excellent. Then, it’s also the manifestation of His love and His righteous purpose in everything. There's a righteousness about God in everything. When that righteousness is manifested toward man, something happens: man receives that righteousness and it produces in him the rightness of God.

This is so important because God is faultless. If you can fault Him, that means He falls short, but He never falls short. He’s ever and always right. Whatever He thinks, says, or does is just right. He’s imparted the same nature to us. Now we can think right, talk right, act right and live right.

This is what happened when you received Jesus into your life to be born again. It wasn’t a religion you got; the rightness of God was imparted to you as a gift (Romans 5:17). It had to be imparted because you couldn’t attain it or make it happen for yourself. It can never be gotten any other way. But through Jesus Christ, we have the rightness of God manifested in us by divine impartation.

This righteousness of God is what gives us right standing in the presence of the Father without guilt, fear, condemnation or the sense of inferiority. We never could have served God or lived for Him until His righteousness was given to us. This is something amazing you got from Jesus when you believed in Him; righteousness. We’ll review the other two in our subsequent studies.

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for the gift of righteousness. I walk in boldness and confidence, knowing I have right standing with you. I live in the consciousness of who I am in Christ, free from guilt, condemnation, or fear. Thank you for making me your righteousness in Christ Jesus. I reign in life and express your nature of excellence and love, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

THEME: CHRISTIANITY—A LOVE RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD

THEME SCRIPTURE:…And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch (Acts 11:26).

I’ve often said that Christianity is not a religion, and there’re those who have difficulty understanding this. But once you get a hold of the real teachings of Christianity, you’d realize it's not a religion at all. Think about your relationship with your biological father; is that a religion? Certainly not!

Therefore, in a very simple definition, Christianity is the relationship between God the Father and His children. There was no relationship of this nature until Jesus made it possible. He came to take us from being mere worshipers, from being merely religious, into fellowship, a love-fellowship with our heavenly Father. He brought us into a real vital relationship with God. It's a family relationship.

Ephesians 3:14-15 tells us about this family; some are in heaven and some in the earth. This will also help you understand why the redemptive sacrifice of the Lord Jesus in our behalf is so profound. He’s our Lord and Saviour, yet, He’s also our brother. When He resurrected, before His ascension, the Bible says Mary saw Him and ran toward Him to hug Him, but Jesus said, “…Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to MY BRETHREN, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God” (John 20:17).

Notice what He called His disciples, “my brethren,” meaning my brothers. Before His resurrection, He called them servants, and then they graduated and He called them friends: “Henceforth I call you not servants…but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you” (John 15:15).

But after His resurrection, where is the origin of Christianity, we became His “brethren”, members of the same family. He made us one with Himself. Another scripture where that is even made stronger is Hebrews 2:11. It says, “For both he that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are all of one: for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren.”

How remarkable this is! As holy as He is, as righteous as He is, as glorious as He is, the Bible says He's not ashamed to call us His brothers and sisters. So, you see, it's a family; He's brought us into this wonderful relationship with our heavenly Father. Make it part of your celebration this Christmas to bring many into this family relationship with the Lord by organizing soul-winning outreaches.

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for bringing me into such a glorious, intimate, and loving relationship with you. I’m a member of your divine family, one with Christ and an heir of the Kingdom. I live in the consciousness of this oneness, walking in love, dominion, and righteousness. Thank you for calling me your own and making me part of your eternal plan, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

FURTHER STUDY
John 1:12 KJV; But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

1 John 3:1-2 KJV; Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. [2] Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

Romans 8:16-17 NKJV; The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, [17] and if children, then heirs-heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together.

THEME: POWER OF A RENEWED MIND

THEME SCRIPTURE: And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind... (Romans 12:2).

God’s plan for your transformation and dominion begins with your mind. The realities or truths of His Word become your experience only when your mind is aligned with them. Thus, the renewal of the mind is so important; it’s God’s instrument for shaping your life. A renewed mind is a mind that’s regulated by the Word, an excellent mind.

To renew your mind is simple: it’s by the Word of God. It simply means to exchange your thoughts for God’s thoughts, to stay your mind on His Word in meditation: “Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee" (Isaiah 26:3). A renewed mind produces peace with prosperity; that’s the Hebrew connotation of the expression “perfect peace”— ‘shalom’.

A renewed mind thinks only on the Word: “Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things” (Philippians 4:cool. This will produce in you the mindset of the just—the mindset of excellence, victory, success and prosperity.

That’s why God is more interested in changing your way of thinking. As you meditate on the Word, it restructures your beliefs and upgrades your understanding. Therefore, consciously inundate your thoughts with God’s Word. Refuse to allow worldly philosophies or fear-based reasoning to dominate your perspective. Let God’s Word be the lens through which you interpret life.

When your mind is renewed, fear disappears, faith rises, and boldness takes over. You talk, think, and act like God. You make decisions from a position of wisdom and dominion. So, continually expose your mind to the realities of the new creation. Think like Jesus. See possibilities. Expect results. Align your thoughts with God’s truths, and your life will be excellent and full of His glory. Hallelujah!

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for your Word that renews my mind and transforms my life. I reject every thought that contradicts your truth. I think possibilities, I think dominion, I think excellence, and I walk in the light of your Word, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

THEME: WE’RE HIS AGENTS FOR GLOBAL IMPACT

THEME SCRIPTURE: Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end..(Isaiah 9:7).

The Church of Jesus Christ isn’t a mere organization or association of worshippers. It’s God’s agency for executing His will and agenda across the nations. The Church is the pillar and ground of Truth (1 Timothy 3:15).

Everything God wants to do in a nation, He initiates through the Church, which is His body (Ephesians 1:22-23) and you’re a member of that body: “Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular” (1 Corinthians 12:27). This means you’re part of something global and divine, something powerful, full of glory and dominion.

When Jesus said I will build my Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it, He emphasized the dominion and supremacy of the Church over hell, Satan and the forces of darkness. God put all things under the feet of the Church: “And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all” (Ephesians 1:22-23). How glorious this is!

Can you see why no one in the Church should be a weakling or live as a victim? We’re the expressions of His reality, of His fullness, His grace, glory, Kingdom, power and personality. Glory to God! We hold the keys. We carry His divine presence and authority. Through the Church, God enforces righteousness in the earth and unveils His manifold wisdom to angelic beings and principalities: “To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God” (Ephesians 3:10).

Take your place in the Church; contribute to its growth, strength and expansion. Ephesians 4:16 (NIV) says, “From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.” Participate actively in soul-winning. Think impact; be effectual for Christ in your world, for He wants to change the world through you.

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for placing me in the Body of Christ to be a vital part of your strategy for global transformation. I take my place, functioning effectively and contributing to the expansion of your work on earth, enforcing your righteousness in the earth and impacting the world with your glory and presence, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

FURTHER STUDY:
Matthew 16:18-19 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. 19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

Ephesians 1:17-22 That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: 18 The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, 19 And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, 20 Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, 21 Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: 22 And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church,

THEME: STEWARDS OF KINGDOM RESOURCES

THEME SCRIPTURE: If therefore ye have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches (Luke 16:11)?

From the words of the Master in our opening verse, if you’re not faithful in handling earthly riches, you’ll not be entrusted with heavenly treasures. That means your attitude toward money is a test. God watches how you handle resources to determine the weight of spiritual responsibilities He can commit to you.

In Christ, we’re stewards, custodians of divine resources entrusted to us for Kingdom purpose. Every blessing, every increase, every opportunity, every gift and grace that comes to you is a trust. You’re expected to manage it with Kingdom intent and purpose.

The Bible tells us to use our gifts, in their various forms, to serve as faithful stewards of God’s grace (1 Peter 4:10). This includes finances. God wants us to be good financial stewards. Financial stewardship is about aligning your resources with His agenda. It’s about being conscious that your supply is for Kingdom impact, expansion, world evangelization, and not for you to hoard.

Stewardship demands wisdom, planning, excellence, and accountability. It requires diligence in both little and much. Whether it’s a salary, a gift, or a business profit, treat it as a sacred trust. Use it to advance the Gospel. Honour the Lord with your finances. When you prove yourself as a faithful steward, the Lord multiplies your capacity and entrusts you with more, both spiritually and materially.

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for making me a steward of Kingdom wealth. I handle all you’ve given me with wisdom and integrity. I align my resources with your will, and I’m found faithful in little and in much. I declare that I’m a channel of blessings to my world, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

THEME: ENTHRONED TO REIGN

THEME SCRIPTURE: …That power is the same as the mighty strength he exerted when he raised Christ from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms, far above all rule and authority... (Ephesians 1:19-21 NIV)

The Lord Jesus, when He was raised from the dead, was enthroned far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this present age but also in the one to come. He has the supreme authority in all the universe. But guess what? He raised us together with Him and seated us together with Him.

This is because, according to the Scriptures, when Jesus ascended to heaven and sat on the right hand of God, which refers to the place of power, dominion and authority, we were in Him. Therefore, we’re seated together with Him in the place of power and authority. We’re enthroned to reign. Ephesians 2:6 AMPC says, “And He raised us up together with Him and made us sit down together [giving us joint seating with Him] in the heavenly sphere [by virtue of our being] in Christ Jesus (the Messiah, the Anointed One).”

It explains why He gave us His Name to live by, to use in the earth: because in heaven He represents us. We stand in Jesus’ stead and enforce the will of the Father here on earth. He said in Mark 16:17-18, “And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.”

In Matthew 10:8 NKJV He also said, “Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons....” So, exercise your authority and dominion in Christ over sickness, disease, death and the elements of this world. Live and operate from the very seat and presence of divine power. In Christ, you’re in the place of the greatest influence.

The forces or elements of this world may want to exert their negativities on you and get you to believe or act contrary to the Word. But you must maintain your composure and reign over them in the Name of Jesus. Christianity is a life of reigning, and we reign through words. This consciousness and understanding changes how you pray, speak and make decisions.

Don’t react to Satan’s antics; instead, dictate outcomes. Speak with divine authority because you occupy Christ’s seat, functioning with His divine power. Hallelujah!

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for raising me up with Christ and seating me together with Him in the place of power, dominion and divine authority. I function from this place of glory and authority, ruling over darkness, circumstances and every opposition. I declare peace in my world today, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

THEME: EXCELLENCE-OUR KINGDOM CULTURE

THEME SCRIPTURE: Then this Daniel was preferred above the presidents and princes, because an excellent spirit was in him... (Daniel 6:3).

In the Kingdom of God, excellence is our culture. We don't strive for excellence; we do excellent things. Excellence is the nature of the Father, and because we're born of Him, we express that same nature in everything we do. Excellence distinguishes you; it positions you above mediocrity and gives you the advantage that skills alone can't give you.

Daniel's elevation above his peers wasn't based on mere skills, politics or connections; it was the spirit of excellence in him: "Then this Daniel was preferred above the presidents and princes, because an excellent spirit was in him; and the king thought to set him over the whole realm" (Daniel 6:3). That same spirit is in you because the Holy Spirit lives in you.

Excellence is about character, consistency, and distinction in your work and attitude. God didn't call you to be average; He anointed you to shine, to show forth His glory: "But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light" (1 Peter 2:9).

2 Peter 1:3 says, "According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue." You were called to glory and virtue; virtue means excellence. So, whether in ministry, business, academics, or in your daily life; manifest excellence. Let it reflect in your vision, speech, appearance, the way you execute tasks, and in your punctuality.

Manifest precision, diligence, and distinction. Don't excuse mediocrity. Excel. Give your best, not because men are watching, but because you represent the Kingdom. You're the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus, and excellence is part of righteousness. Every task is an opportunity to express that divine excellence. Therefore, be detailed, diligent, dependable, and exceptional.

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for the spirit of excellence working in me by the Holy Ghost. I function in precision, diligence, and distinction. I represent your Kingdom accurately and gloriously. My life and work are expressions of your excellence. I refuse to settle for average, for greater is He that is in me than he that's in the world. Amen.

THEME: THE LOUDEST SERMON IS YOUR LIFE

THEME SCRIPTURE: ...Live clean, innocent lives as children of God, shining like bright lights in a world full of crooked and perverse people (Philippians 2:15 NLT).

Preaching the Gospel isn’t only or always about standing behind the pulpit or on a platform, holding a microphone. Sometimes, the loudest sermon is your life. The way you live, speak, respond, and relate should draw men to Christ; that’s God’s purpose. He said in Isaiah 60:3, “And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising.”

Then in Matthew 5:16, He said, “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.” God has called you to be a living epistle, the visible expression of His righteousness, grace and power. In a world filled with compromise and confusion, your consistency in godliness becomes a compelling testimony.

People are watching you; your friends, family members, colleagues, and even strangers. Your life is a message. Even when they haven’t read the Bible, they’re able to “read” your life and see Christ, His perfection, integrity, love and compassion. So, live in the awareness and with the consciousness that you represent the Kingdom.

This is important because when your life is aligned with your message, your impact multiplies. Walk in love, truth, and humility. Let Christ be seen in your eyes, heard in your voice and felt in your touch. Let your manner of life reflect the Gospel of Christ (Philippians 1:27).

PRAYER
Dear Lord, I thank you for making me a living epistle of your grace. My life reflects your nature and inspires others to follow you. I’m a bright and shining light in my world, drawing men and women to righteousness, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

FURTHER STUDY:

THEME: IMPACT YOUR WORLD WITH PURPOSE AND URGENCY

THEME SCRIPTURE:…Occupy till I come (Luke 19:13).

The Lord Jesus used the words above when He spoke to the people in parables about the Kingdom of God. The statement is a call to active engagement, a call to impact your world with purpose and urgency. Take territories. Grow the Kingdom, and maximize every opportunity to impact and transform the nations with the Gospel until the Master’s return.

You’ve been entrusted with the Gospel, and with it comes responsibility: “According to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, which was committed to my trust” (1 Timothy 1:11). So, make an impact with the Gospel. There’s work to be done: souls to reach, systems to penetrate, and lives to transform. Don’t be idle or distracted.

Your manner of life has to reflect and show that you’re waiting for the Master’s return. Mark 13:35-36 says, “Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning: Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping.” Don’t let Him come back and find you sleeping or doing nothing. Let Him find you working.

He said in John 9:4, “I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.” This is the example He set for us: to be active in soul winning. Be that faithful servant, fully engaged in leading sinners to salvation. You’ve been empowered to be a witness of the resurrected Christ.

Acts 1:8 says, “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.” The Holy Spirit is your enabler; He grants you wisdom, boldness and guidance as you influence your world with the Gospel.

PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank you for entrusting me with the Gospel and empowering me by your Spirit to be a witness of Christ. I function with divine wisdom, urgency and purpose, taking territories and transforming lives everywhere, fully engaged in the end time global harvest of souls into the Kingdom, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

THEME: YOUR WORLD NEEDS YOU

THEME SCRIPTURE: And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned (Mark 16:15-16).

There’s a divine urgency in this hour. People everywhere are searching, longing and eager to know the Lord. Yet, they cannot believe without hearing the message, and they cannot hear it without a preacher: "How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher" (Romans 10:14). That preacher is you.

You’re God’s answer to their cry. Heaven is counting on you to speak, to go, to reach out and to love. The responsibility of soul winning is not for a few; it’s for all who have received the life of Christ. Don’t wait for a special calling; you’ve already been called and commissioned as read in our opening scripture. Don’t wait for better timing; now is the time.

You may never know the full ripple effect or impact of your obedience to this call: One person saved can change a family, a city, or a generation. Every soul matters, and every effort counts; let this truth stir you deeply to win souls. Answer the call with joy and urgency. Your world needs you now.

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for trusting me with the message of salvation; I respond with faith and obedience to this call. By the power of the Holy Spirit, I take the message of your love and grace to impact everyone in my world. I’m your ambassador of love and truth, and through me, many are delivered from darkness into the Kingdom, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

FURTHER STUDY:

1 Corinthians 9:16-17 NKJV For if I preach the gospel, I have nothing to boast of, for necessity is laid upon me; yes, woe is me if I do not preach the gospel! 17 For if I do this willingly, I have a reward; but if against my will, I have been entrusted with a stewardship.

Romans 10:13-15 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. 14 How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? 15 And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!

THEME: BOLDNESS BY THE SPIRIT

THEME SCRIPTURE: And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness (Acts 4:31).

In the early Church, spiritual boldness was a mark of those filled with the Holy Spirit. Even in the face of severe persecution, they didn’t shrink in fear or retreat in silence. Instead, they preached the Gospel with boldness. When Peter and John were arrested and threatened not to speak in the Name of Jesus (Acts 4:3 NLT), they didn’t cower but continued to speak boldly in the Name of the Lord.

When you study further into verse 8, it specifically tells us that Peter, being filled with the Spirit, began to expound the Gospel to the people, including the priests and the captain of the temple and the Sadducees. He spoke the Word with courage, clarity, and conviction, even in the face of persecution.

That same Spirit dwells in you and has made you a bold and effective minister of the Gospel: “Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think anything as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God; Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life” (2 Corinthians 3:5-6).

This boldness is a spiritual force. It comes from deep communion with the Lord and a heart convinced of His truth. When you’re full of the Word and full of the Spirit, you’re never timid or reluctant to speak to anyone about Jesus. It’s also one of the reasons you must pray fervently in tongues every so often. It edifies and emboldens you: “He that speaketh in an unknown tongue edifieth himself…” (1 Corinthians 14:4).

Like the apostles, make prayer your launching pad. Remember what happened when they prayed in Acts 4:31; power was released and boldness was stirred. Hallelujah! So, step out and speak up; the Holy Ghost is your advantage. You’re bold in the Spirit!

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for filling me with your Spirit. I speak your Word today with boldness, authority and love. I’m fearless, unwavering and fruitful in every opportunity to share the Gospel and bring many into the Kingdom, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

FURTHER STUDY:
Acts 13:44-46 KJV; And the next sabbath day came almost the whole city together to hear the word of God. 45 But when the Jews saw the multitudes, they were filled with envy, and spake against those things which were spoken by Paul, contradicting and blaspheming. 46 Then Paul and Barnabas waxed bold, and said, It was necessary that the word of God should first have been spoken to you: but seeing ye put it from you, and judge yourselves unworthy of everlasting life, lo, we turn to the Gentiles.

2 Timothy 1:7-8 KJV; For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. 8 Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God;

THEME: COMPELLED BY HIS LOVE TO BE A WITNESS

THEME SCRIPTURE: For Christ’s love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all, and therefore all died (2 Corinthians 5:14 NIV).

The ensuing 15th verse of 2 Corinthians 5 is equally very inspiring. It says, “And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again.” This is about living a purposeful life, compelled by Christ’s love and invested in soul-winning.

When the love of Christ takes hold of your heart, it fuels your passion and dismantles fear. It motivates you to preach the Gospel. Remember what the Scripture says: Jesus died for all; that means every person you meet is as valuable to God as Jesus is. This is the conviction of an effective witness for Christ.

The Bible says, “…it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day: And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. And ye are witnesses of these things” (Luke 24:46-48). How then could you be quiet? In your sphere of contact, be it a hospital, prison, school, village, wherever; preach the Gospel.

The glorious Gospel of the blessed Lord has been committed to your trust (1 Timothy 1:11). This Gospel is real and true; it’s the power of God unto salvation to those who believe. Be compelled by His love to preach it. When you’re motivated by His love, excuses dissolve. You won’t need to be pushed; you’ll be propelled. Let that love compel you today to speak to someone, pray for someone, and lead someone into the Kingdom.

CONFESSION
I’m compelled by the love of Christ, and I see people through His eyes and reach out with His compassion; I’m bold, loving, and an effective soul winner. I’m sensitive to the leading of the Spirit to minister the Gospel to the weary and bring healing and health to the sick because I’m marvellously helped of God, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

FURTHER STUDY
2 Corinthians 5:14-15 KJV; For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead: 15 And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again.

John 3:16 KJV; For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

THEME: THE HARVEST IS NOW

THEME SCRIPTURE: Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest (John 4:35)

The Lord Jesus corrected a mindset in His disciples that still persists in some people today—the idea that the harvest is in the future. But the harvest is now. The fields are ripe for harvest. Ponder again the words of the Master; He said, “Lift up your eyes…the fields are already white!” In other words, the time to act is now.

There are people all around you who are ready to receive the Gospel. They may not look it. They may not act like it. But in their hearts, they’re searching, yearning, and waiting for God’s truth. It reminds of what the Bible says in Romans 8:19, “For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.”

You’re the one they’re waiting for to bring them into the liberty of the sons of God. You’re the one to deliver them from darkness to light and from the power of Satan unto God (Acts 26:18). Don’t assume people aren’t interested in the Gospel; many are simply waiting for someone to expound it to them. That someone is you. They’re waiting to see, hear, and experience the love, grace and compassion of Christ through you.

When you lift your eyes with the Spirit’s insight, you’ll see opportunities in your school, office, family, community, city, town, village, and even online to spread the message of the Gospel and impact many lives with the love of Christ. The harvest is right where you are. So, be available, be sensitive. The harvest isn’t only ripe, it’s urgent, and the time to reap is now!

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for opening my eyes to see the harvest around me. I respond with love, faith, boldness and compassion to this challenge of the harvest, taking my place as a faithful labourer in your field, bringing many to salvation, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

FURTHER STUDY:
Matthew 9:37-38 Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; 38 Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.

Acts 8:29-31 Then the Spirit said unto Philip, Go near, and join thyself to this chariot. 30 And Philip ran thither to him, and heard him read the prophet Esaias, and said, Understandest thou what thou readest? 31 And he said, How can I, except some man should guide me? And he desired Philip that he would come up and sit with him.

Acts 26:16-18 But rise, and stand upon thy feet: for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee; 17 Delivering thee from the people, and from the Gentiles, unto whom now I send thee, 18 To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL

WEDNESDAY, 10TH DECEMBER

THEME: USE EVERY PLATFORM

THEME SCRIPTURE:“…I am made all things to all men, that I might by all means save some
(1 Corinthians 9:22).”

The world has never been more connected than it is today. Technology, media, travel, and communication have opened platforms that were once unimaginable. As a soul winner, you must see these, not as trends but as tools: tools for evangelism.

The Apostle Paul had this mindset. He adapted this approach to reach as many people as possible without compromising the message. His goal was simple: by all means, save some, if not all. Today’s ‘means’ include social media, blogs, text messages, podcasts, emails, radio, and television. Your voice can now travel faster than your feet through these platforms. Use them to spread the message of Christ’s salvation.

Don’t underestimate what one shared verse of Scripture, one short teaching clip, prophecy or one spoken Word can do. Send out digital copies of Rhapsody of Realities; post the articles on your status, timeline, and everywhere people can access them. The Holy Spirit breathes life into your efforts and reaches hearts in ways you may never fully know.

In these last days of the Church age, as we complete the full preaching of the Gospel in all the world, leverage every platform God places in your hands. Be intentional, creative and consistent. Use your gifts, talents and influence to win souls.

CONFESSION
I maximize every opportunity and platform to preach the Gospel. I am wise, creative and effective in reaching people for Christ. Multitudes are being saved daily through me. Hallelujah!

FURTHER STUDY:
Proverbs 11:30 The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise.

Mark 16:20 And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.

1 Corinthians 9:19–23 For though I be free from all men, yet have I made myself servant unto all, that I might gain the more. 20 And unto the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might gain the Jews; to them that are under the law, as under the law, that I might gain them that are under the law; 21 To them that are without law, as without law, (being not without law to God, but under the law to Christ,) that I might gain them that are without law. 22 To the weak became I as weak, that I might gain the weak: I am made all things to all men, that I might by all means save some. 23 And this I do for the gospel's sake, that I might be partaker thereof with you.
