Hello nairalanders, trust everyone is having a pleasing new year.

So I recently came across this video on YouTube with a certain young man who claims he is a priest of a certain deity. I was surprised to see that most of the teachings he is giving out to his viewers are really disturbing to hear. In the video attached, he was telling the viewers to drink their urines that it would solve their problems.

I found the video very disturbing and not healthy for the public, and I reported it to YouTube for proper review. However, no action has been taken since the report. Does it really mean that such is permissible in a public platform which prohibit participators from sharing unhealthy content to the public? As irritative as this, some Nigerians were still commending and praising him for telling them to drink their urines.

The gullibility of some individuals is beyond this earth. I know many people will still fall prey that drinking urine as the young man had claimed, will solve their problems. However, I think the medical implications that would resurface in the health of many who participate in that practice, may be more deadly than the problem the people are trying to solve.

In another video, he was telling the viewers to extract blood from the forehead and mix it with a bean, then add it to the food or drink of the innocent victims to fall prey of this.

The essence of this post is to let the public know that drinking urine or any other fetish engagement is not a problem solver. The world is still battling to conquer covid 19, since the inception of this pandemic, there have been so many deliberations as to what led to the invention of the virus which has killed thousands of souls throughout the world. Even if we have no evidence, we do know too well that some people living in China where it started are receptive to eat anything not minding the implications. Now for a young man to take his phone, videoed himself and start telling people to drink urine is absolutely despicable to me. Who knows the next thing he will tell the people to do?

Please join me to report these videos to YouTube. If this kind of contents is allowed to inflate a public platform like YouTube continuously, it means with time people will start seeing feces as a healthy substance to eat without thinking it twice.

The word drunken doesn't always mean drunk of alcohol.

Then it means what? Drunk of water? Are you trying to say the english dictionary definitions of words is quite different from the same words being used in the bible?

There is no other definition for drunk, drunken or any sort which isn't attached to intoxication.

You can stick to your belief though, but don't try to tell people that the word 'drunk' can be derived through excess consumption of water or non-acoholic juice. Wow, I can't just believe this really!

I have a friend/coworker who suffers from this too. There was a day we were writing down some documentary given to us by our manager, after few minutes our manager came closer to us and started hurrying us to write fast so as to meet up with time. Mehn, you need to see how my guy lost focus, he started shaking uncontrollably. The manager saw it and understood he was nervous, he then left us. The supervisor later came and told my coworker to calm down and write comfortably.

I think you should learn to balance your mind in different circumstance, and always feel nothing will happen to you no matter the situation. Feel on top and build your self confidence, you can also see a doctor and explain your situation. There is a chance you might be having some series of disorders.

However, do remember, no matter what medication you would be instructed to use, your self confidence is one thing that must not be ignored. Ask yourself, if those younger boys and girls you see can write comfortably without feeling fearful, why can't you have same confidence and write comfortably?

Practice makes one perfect, always practice self confidence on different aspects in your daily activities whether in public or anywhere, you will become use to it someday and that fear will go away.

Thanks, I am working on that already. As for yours, I think you will get over it with time, probably after first experience. To me, the most nauseating phobias are Scriptophobia, Glossophobia, and Anthropophobia, I chose them because they all have disgrace and shame attached to them.

Lemme drop this... You can tell your senior bro or your old man your prob.... And let him take you out, and let him give you a book and pen so you can write down things you find interesting... If you can do that for 2-4weeks then that fear might go away..

I'm Philip by name, I'm new to this forum as I just newly created this account. At first, I never thought I would be here writing about my self, but as my quest to find a lasting solution to my personal problems looms high, I have decided to seek help from different experienced individuals. A friend recommended this forum to me earlier today, and I'm happy that creating an account and making a post isn't a big deal on here.

Although I would have loved to share every details of my experience regarding the issue, but my story is a bit long that one may find it irritative to spend time reading my long epistle. So I will just go straight to the point. I'm currently suffering from Scriptophobia( the fear of writing in public).

I'm okay when I'm alone, but when in midst of people I can't write comfortably, my heart beats faster, my hands start shaking. It affects me on different aspects, when in the bank, when at school or any place that requires me writing things in presence of people. I always try as much to separate myself from anyone when I'm about to write anything. I'm really ashamed of myself, I'm currently 27 and it pains me to see young boys and girls who are way younger than I am write comfortably. I have been living with this for years, it has affected my progress in different ways to the extent that I can't apply for good jobs. During my early days as a teen, I was thinking it was because I was yet to gain maturity, and I thought it was going to be fine as soon as I grow up to be a man.

I do not know what is causing me to have this fear or anxiety. Despite this, I am able to control myself when making public speech, and I'm really good at that. But when it comes to writing in public, I am nothing to write about. I'm totally depressed now. Please I need help!

Are there ways to get out of this? Thanks for your response in advance.
