Johnpaul88: I feel a weakened league will affect Bayern adversely in the UCL competitions in the near future. Having a strong rival capable of keeping you on your toes all the way till the rest of the campaign always pays dividends in the UCL. But a mightly strong team in a weak league, can impress a sense of complacency in the mind of the players & they'll become less competitive when the big boys of UCL come around.

I think this is a bad move for Bayern. I sure it'll turn out a curse than a blessing. It's not proper that all good players in Germany want to play for Bayern. It'll make Bayern weaker!
