I read on vanguard online abt a minute ago that cvc's (community of vice counselors) after meeting with the director general of nysc Brg Gen. Sule Kasuare had directed all universities to upload all eligible graduates for 2016 batch B mobilization.

No except for some schools like UNILORIN, they don't mind providing you can provide other 3 relevant subjects, some schools accept Commerce in lieu of Economics

Is it her real strength? Consider that first. Getting in is one thing. Doing well is also important.

Sleekshady, that will be hard..Lag will require economics, just like any other good school in Nigeria. But check the brochure to confirm this..

Have her retake the following subjects - Commerce, Fin Accounting, Book Keeping, Office Practice, Economics, English, and Mathematics. She should work hard on the other subjects but concentrate on Economics and try to make A1. Support her in every way, i.e. private or general lesson..

It all depends on her cycle, if she has a short menstrual cycle she'd probably ovulate earlier and a sperm can survive 72 hours in a woman and wait till an egg is released. So it's very possible....
