They're 2 simple reasons why i feel this phone kinda failed to meet expectation. First being the AMOLED screen, have you checked the price of a replace screen? more than half the price of the phone itself. Secondly, the in-screen fingerprint sensor is one vogue that really didn't catch on just like the pop up camera, what will happen if one had a software glitch? me i prefer the sensor being a hardware than a software, look at what face unlock dey do people

Did i also add that apart from the 2 things mentioned above i see no reason to leave the Umidigi F1 for the X and the F1 still has a bigger battery.

Seriously u made a valid which I didn't think about b4.. What attracted me to the phone was the inbuilt finger sensor... But then u made mention of software glitch.. If it happens truly how ll i unlock the phone... I was initially planning on going for the UmiX but then i saw F2 with 6gb ram 128gb rom.. That alone made me dump UmiX.. Thanks for the insights

Its not quite visible but it's inlaid at the top right corner of your phone... It happens to my phone too at times. Just restart your phone and u ll be good for some time..

Something is blocking your proximity sensor.. Prolly your screen protector... Anytime it happens kindly restart your phone.. That ll fix it

Is this how umidigi global store is treating customers? I have placed my order for umidigi A1 Pro, it has not been shipped after 3 days. I asked the seller when is he going to ship it, no reply, 2 days later I ask again whether the phone is on presale, yet no reply again. It is over a week now it has not been shipped and all my five messages are not replied.

2 things involved..

1. Be patient and myt worth the wait
2. Cancel the order and reorder from another store which myt take approximately 3-7 days b4 shipping
