well this is my first time of hearing of someone being denied Ukraine study visa, I was at the Abuja embassy some years ago and every Nigerian I meet during that period all got their visas and many more I know personally, got afterwards. Like I said , maybe he didn’t go through the right channel

No it is not. I had the same issue in 2011 so I know this very very well. During peak periods like the one we are now, they even deny more than the US embassy and this is a fact. I remember going to the embassy as early as 5:30 to meet crowds there. People who were being denied were much more than those being accepted despite meeting all the requirements.
