you can't get a well craft and design bulk SMS website at that amount but if you choose to go ahead with what that guy tell you,then you are in for big trouble.

hosting..........................................15k upward depending on your budget that is if you want to use local host but I will recommend foreign host like site ground and namecheap.
web site design cost.....................15k to 25k
Good website template will cost you $45 to $50 .you can use free template if you have one but be careful don't use any crack template you see online for you website.your site can be hack.

this is the cost of setting it up your bulk sms site and this does not include the money you will spend getting a premium SMS route to your portal.

Now how are you going to get all this done with a mobile phone and 35k?

Hello, i just hosted www.smsfast.com.ng recently with whogohost . Everything worked well until recently when '404 Component not found' error is seen after login and compose sms and all other option is clicked. Whogohost isnt helpful to help me solve this because it appears to be a server issue. Has anyone had this issue before and what way was it solved

Are you using the original version of the script or cracked version?

I have checked your site and I notice some things you need to work on and they are;

1 you need to remove all those email, print, category, next, previous, date, time, name of publisher and hit counts o your portal its making it look unprofessional.

2. I notice there is no contact page on your contact us form. kindly fix that too

3.there is no coverage list on your portal its showing error 404.kindly fix that up too.

I will advice you try OTA update to see if Lollipop 5.1 version is available for your device. You may not be able to undergo the problem associated with Marshmallow 6.0.

I have tried many times but still no ota updates for the phone that's why I need to root and install custom ROM or stock rom.

1. I used their offline process because the online has not started working then. You can choose the offline method to be able to have direct answers for your queries. Business name search is N1000 and it takes one week max to complete. If the name is available, you will then pay for registration, which is about N10k. Your reg certificate should be ready in a week. It's hassle-free.
2. I do not think spc4 has a bug that is very serious. I have been using spc4 and all my resellers are using it. No issues. If you discover any bug, you can easily contact them and they will fix it for you. Just make sure you are using licensed spc4 and not nulled spc4. Spc3 is only compatible with joomla 2.5 and you know that joomla 2.5 is no longer maintained. Joomla has moved on.
3. I recommend you use foreign companies for your webhost. You can use sitegrond.com, namecheap.com or stablehost.com.
4. You can start with even 10,000 to 50,000 sms units. Just get a provider that will be available to credit you instantly after payment. So if someone buys 20,000 units now and you have 10,000 units in your account, just use his money to topup immediately.
