Last year, only first choice were admitted cos that's how Jamb structured it..A public university as first choice only, second choice a private uni or poly, but for this year, they relaxed that criterion allowing state unis and the 12 new federal unis for second choice. My gut feeling would say they'd allow for second choice this year, but one can't be so sure until the time for admission screening starts.

I'm not a student but a staff there. So I should know better. Check the list of departments in the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences on the school website.
