So I created a dispute on PayPal from the Resolution centre to get funds back (considering that it's GNS) as service expected was not rendered.

This bloody thief even has the temerity, confidence and luxury to reply on the dispute and even escalate it...claiming he delivered service paid for ...

You guys should always read between the lines . Don't be too quick to jump into conclusions. I bought PayPal fund and Mac was the escrow I used on the 27th, My own thought was that since I already bought from him like a day ago, I can easily relate with him than most strangers that chat me up and none of them I ready to use escrow . so, since ,he dropped that selling stuff. I had to drop him mail but unfortunately he is not ready to send the fund first telling me that he is well known here more than me. So, I had to luck up to that 2nd transaction. Today , The foolish and bastard guy did a charge back on the PayPal fund I bought from him on our first transaction on the 27th. Have already chatted up hazzantazzan and told e what to do already. The culprit will never know peace.

Lol. This is exact same thing that happened to a lady friend . Las las ,the lady was admitted at the hospital where I worked ,collected 1pants of blood and a minor surgery was performed on her.
