provisions for Ramadan, let me inform you that I
don't want Bournvita this time around
because it makes me sleep a lot, I prefer Milo (Baba
Sala) since I need lots of energy; also, Three crowns
milk nauseates me, I rather go for peak milk (liquid) -
it works well for my body.
I don't want milo sardine o, Titus
sardine (original brand) wa ok, granulated
sugar purges me too, St. Louis sugar is
better. Then, don't bring Nasco cornflakes, I
prefer Kellogs. Others include but not
limited to Mango and Pineapple juice, Fresh
fruits, I don't want "agbalumo" o! Cartons of
Malta Guinness, fresh salad from Mr.
Bigg's (I don't really like Cooperative salad, it upsets
my tummy), 5crates of fresh eggs
with chicken or beef, Vegetable oil, Palm
oil and bags of rice. Pls, don't boda yourself to make
'Ogi' for me, Hollandias curstard

It's celebration galore already.. .

The regent of Akungba, the host town of ADEKUNLE AJASIN UNIVERSITY AKUNGBA AKOKO that was kidnapped while attending the inaugural lecture at FUTA few weeks ago has returned home today.
Information at my disposal is that the Regent of
Akungba was rescued by men of Department of
State Services (SSS) assisted by the Police and
Military at Arimagija, a farm settlement in Ose
Local Government of Ondo State.
I also have it on good authority that apart from the
Regent, 4 others were also rescued from the same
place. It was said that a Youth Corper and a
Foreigner were among the four.
I also have it that the dare devil kidnappers
engaged the security agents in a gun duel and in
the course of the cross fire, one of the kidnappers
lost his life while 2 others were arrested alive. The
house used as base by the kidnappers to host
their victims were said to have been set ablaze by
some irate youths who expressed surprise that
such nefarious activity is going on in their vicinity.
I on behalf of Akungba community wish to thank
the SSS, Nigeria Police and the Army for living up
to expectation. I also thank Ondo State
Government for not abandoning Akungba People to
their fate.
The Regent is now at Government House Alagbaka
as she was led there by the rescue team of over
100 security agents. She will later proceed to
hospital for check up before returning to Akungba
Palace to continue her duties.
I was also informed that no ransom was paid as
the kidnappers never contacted anyone for ransom
before they were burst by the SSS.
I call on the Security Agents to please get to the
root of this kidnapping and reveal the sponsors to
shame the devil.
Once again Akungba Community is grateful to God
and we also appreciate Orokebakun, Adidoyeakun,
Ologboja and other for not sleeping!
