Hey guys I need your help, the way I'm adding weight these days is alarming and worrisome. I was weighing 74kg last year, I checked my weight last week I was weighing a whooping 85kg.

I'm adding excessive fat on my cheeks, laps, and my stomach is beginning to protrude like I mistakenly swallowed a calabash.


I understand losing weight is 70% dieting and 30% exercise, so I need help to know the meals I need to avoid and what I need to take also to help shed some of the weight. I'm really keen on dropping down to at least 72 by the end of this year.

I do my sit-ups and I have cut down on my late night meals but I'm not seeing much improvement.

Well for me here's my list of countries I want to tour, Kenya, Ethiopia, Swaziland, South African and the main country Saint Helena I'm going to spend my december and january for this tour as I can't wait for the ship trip from SA to Saint Helena! Its gonna be fun due to last experience!

My own take is that, we shouldn't blame the Nigerian physiotherapist much, maybe all the ladies that's above 30 and rich he/she has met their attitude are very disastrous but the mistake he/she made was jumping into conclusion and forget that they are 100s of single ladies that are above 30 who are cute, smart, understanding, loveable and wealthy but their standard of living won't give some men courage of approaching them while they can't wait for the man to tell them stuff they want to hear.. Because these ladies knows that they can't be independent forever but some hungry man will only see the wealthy part as shortcut out of poverty and at the long run, everything will scatter because there's no true love. We have all see wealthy woman that married low class man for years and they are happy though no perfect marriage but they are still together.. Let support the good stuffs and let see how we can bring out good out from bad circumstance.. Everyone has one or two things going on in there lives so we don't need to criticise wealthy ladies who are 30yrs and above.. That's my take!

Adding one more historical event to her life, 99-year-old Doreetha Daniels graduated college on Friday, accomplishing her own personal goal of earning a college degree before turning 100.

“I accomplished what I wanted to do… this is my dream come true,” she said.

Daniels stole the show at the graduation ceremony at the College of the Canyons when she was presented her diploma for associate of the arts degree from College of the Canyons.
