The people of Abia state wallowed in poor governance for 16 years and needed someone else. The fact that Ikpeazu was brought by T.A.Orji who messed Aboard state up for years, the people of abia never wanted him. The election was rigged. Left with free and fair election, Otti won ikpeazu with a big difference.
