One major drawback of Obi is that he talks a lot and if you delve deep into what he is saying most times, it is hard to correlate his words into tangible solutions for the economy.

If truly he accused you of being insensitive to your employees and complained on how you treat them, then you have to review your attitude towards human being, especially those at lower cadre.
Some women find it easy to maltreat those drivers, cook, security and their employees. They talk to them as if the guys were uprooted from the ground.
Please be calming down, change how you treat your subordinates and employees.
For your husband to complain, means that you are really mean to them.
Sit back and work on your attitude to people.
Respect people and see how he draws close to you.
Most men don't like it when those at the lower cadre are being maltreated.
