Please find the Baker Hughes hire process below. Obviously, after the test an English test follows and not BHE. What I expect any successful applicant to say is they have been invited to the English assessment.
Application process
Step by step to joining Baker Hughes
1. Online application
Go to the global map, select the region of the world where you’re eligible to work, and review the current opportunities. Select the position that interests you, review the criteria, and if you are suitable, follow the instructions to fillin the online application, and attach your CV and relevant documents. Complete all questions.
Remember, you should only apply to those positions where you have the legal right to work without restrictions.
2. Video interview
We’ll review your application against predetermined criteria and ifyou meet them, you’ll be invited to take a pre-recorded digital interview in which you will record replies to the questions online.
3. English test
Your video interview will be reviewed and your competencies assessed against the requirements of the role. If successful you will join our Talent pool. (At this stage in a country where English is not the native language[i][/i], you will be invited to take an online English test. If you score above a Belit 5 level you will qualify for the finalTalent pool.)
4. Assessment
The Baker Hughes Experience is the final selection event. This one day assessment event is held in a city where Baker Hughes has operations and will include a multitude of assessment methods. You will be expected to know about Baker Hughes as a company and be sure about why you want to join us as a field engineer.
5. Offer
If you’re successful, you will be offered a position immediately (subject to clearing pre-employment checks) fora start date decided as soon as you graduate/are available. You will then be put in contact with your future colleagues at Baker Hughes who will keep in touch.

He did the first batch interview where they had to redo it again and they sent an email to him yesterday and 20 people were in copy including him...the email was a congratulations email to the BHE and they were asking for their Passport, Resume and a form to fill asking a lot of questions..when re u ready to resume, which countries are u willing to work in etc

This mail comes in synchronization with your status changing to evaluation in progress, I may be wrong but check ur status on their website and let me know what is there

I therefore call for help and assistance from Field Engineers and anyone with knowledge (no matter how little) on MWD field Engineering, Directional drilling or/and any particular areas i can focus on that will give me an edge, to help with advices,material and sources(links) to stuffs i can read.

iCool: Gamma, Resistivity, Neutron and Density services is called Triple-Combo Services (more like an intro to wireline logging), you also have quad-combo service (more advanced logging like Sonic service added to those first mentioned).
Formation pressure, borehole size, formation tester/formation fluid sampling are other services that can be rendered. These are the general names/services offered by LWD/Wireline logging, Service Companies have specific names for their tools (don't want to bother you with that) but check on their site to get familiar with what you might hear at the interview.
