My iphone 6 here is not boring and doesnt lag even after jailbreaking. I constantly tweak it erryday thanks to cydia. Lots of devs here too. So i disagree when u say its for non geeks. D only difference is because android comes on linux based environment and for d ios u need to go an extra step.

you can also enjoy this, yes i say its for non geeks, And i never said an android with 512mb is faster than an iphone, i said a jailbroken iphone lags, it doesn't start instantly but gradually starts loosing its fluidity, because it tried to alter with the system partition iphone isnt made for customization or geeky stuff, it just cant handle it. hence the statement a jailbroken iphone is only as fluid as a 512mb ram android. you can also watch this.

iphone bested the htc one m8 hahaha. i cant just stop laughing.. ios simply has nothing, hence the speed. lets look at nokias of the old days, they ran on 2mb rams and co, very less hardware and yet they didnt lag, they wete okay then. its all os dude. imagine if all the smartphone power stuffs was given to those old nokia with low hardwares, they would blow up, same goes for ios, the os has nothing, hence the speed, what else can one do with an ios device if not tweet, browse, take a bunch of camera and just use it. no rewritable option, why wont the speed test with 1gb ram be good.. lol.. let an iphone try true multitasking , let an iphone run previously opened cache and still retain info. get an iphone and android, open youtube both on them then minimize them, keep the phones for 10 minutes , then open the minimized apps, the iphone would collapse them and give up, while the android still retains them. jailbreak an iphone and see how it gradually lags.. iphone is simply not made for devs nor power house, it is mearnt for those, what is on my phone users, they take what they get, no modification whatsoever, dude iphone is boring and you are talking to a former iphone 5 user here . android is for geeks, despite being a power house with all it can do, it is still on par with your loving iphone 6 speed. and the ui is as fluid as love. oh lovely lollipop.art runtime based on 64 bit arciteture is just the boss. i dare an iphone to do what an android does and wven reach up to a 512 mb rlandroid.. i dare to see a fluid jailbroken iphone. i jailbroke mine and the lag was just there. android remains the boss . lets also watch out for best phone 2015, i bet it is still gonna be an ANDROID.

When it comes to being lagfree. The ios is better. When it comes to firmware updates for devices, the ios is better. (Iphone 4s released in 2011 has ios 8 released in 2014) apple wont tell u to get a new phone to enjoy the new os features like android does.
The initial purpose of flashing custom roms was to imput new features ported from the latest rom build and even with that, it is not 100% perfect as some features wont work. I used cm 10-cm12 so i believe i know what im saying.
When it comes to being secure, the ios is better, you will never hear of a malware, virus loaded on an iphone.

The appstore is better than playstore ( YES I SAID IT). Every app that goes in the appstore is being verified by an apple employee, unlike playstore where a mumu developer will post a crappy app that may or may not work.
Even the appstore has better exclusive apps than playstore.

Shall i mention piracy is rampant on android ecosysystem too. An app developer releases a new app. In weeks wack developers copy the game plan, codes and re engineer them and release too.

Youre less supscetible to an attack on ios than on an android.

6. Any oem reserves the right to whatever hardware it wants for its products. Ure complaining of cable, tell tecno and others too to use snapdragon chipsets like others

7. Apples ios is engineered in a way that the appstore is the sole location for downloading apps. Where a 1gb ram dualcore device is more powerful than other octacore hexacore decarcore 3gb devices.
