This is ridiculous. I applied to this but wasn't invited. They wasted their time and not yours. Was at Jumia too, weeks ago. Their HR team, judging by how shabbily and inconsistent they appeared, ranks as the worst I've encountered. Imagine people scoring 65 for an aptitude test and being told they failed while candidates who scored 55 are being told successful. We will surely conquer these obstacles. |
At 39 and still searching but are you searching rightly? Please, look deeply than what my statement above means.. I hope you do. |
Yeye dey worry this reviewer. I just got one note5 and it's very great. Go and eat your review. |
There's every link that you've been using the same CV for all your applications. HRs of today do not have time to scrutinize these CVs, rather they make use of what is called an ATS that is based on picking and relating keywords between the job description and what your CV entails. Suffice to say that, among all thrash I've been saying, HR uses a computerized sifter and if your CV does not contain keywords that have been programmed into the application tracking system software, your CV won't meet the required pass rate to get an invite. Lastly, please not that your not getting invites isn't solely due to your inexperience or poor CV outlays, it could be that they just don't feel you required the adequate requirement. I hope I've made little explanation. shoms231: |
loohlaah:So, did you get a success reply? |
A staff confirmed that it's not even close to marketing positions. So don't fret and wait patiently for the next phase, as I'm doing. loohlaah: |
Dharmie02:I haven't. All my messages to the ones I connected with haven't been answered. I'll surely get back once I get a concrete info. |
charliesyndrom:Nah. I was saying I spent an average of 5mins on the questions. Probably spent a minute or two more but I know I didn't use less than 4minutes |
Like play like play, man's getting attention and his creativity will soon rub into his financial pocket when he finally gets noticed fully. I love this. Man must chop and as e no dey scam or thief, he go soon blow. |
Dharmie02:Me sef. I no fit do am at all. |
loohlaah:I read that too but I'm trying to connect with those working there on LinkedIn. Once they confirm it's marketing peren, I go just disregard |
Verbal reasoning, quantitative, financial knowledge loohlaah: |
loohlaah:Around 15 questions or less and average of 5mins spent on them |
I doubt if we will be given the same questions because there are thousands of questions in gmat to pick from. But it takes an average of 5mins to complete. |
daceo1:It's Gmat questions. If you're conversant with gmat, you don't have to worry much |

The blue waffle myth is an internet hoax purporting an unknown sexually transmitted disease affecting only women, causing severe infection and blue discoloration to the vagina. The disease has been confirmed as false. According to Dr. Elizabeth Boskey, the fictitious disease may have started around March 2010 after an image of a gentian violet stained vaginal yeast infection was circulated by the shock website Documenting Reality. frankhennry6: |
But commercial banks own beta. Ever heard what's it's like in mfbs? You go run |
The opening post has done little to shed light into this issue. And another claiming to blame the labour unions is ignorant. I won't talk on the experience coz I've never experienced it but on the labour. The blame lies on the handicap state the constitution has put our unions where they have limited rights to meddle into private sector businesses. But biko, let the experience continue |
To save these days is hard. Not with the change buhari is serving us. |
