They cannot even sell land to themselves or allow it be used for communal purposes (church) while they are claiming land in another man's land?? I am so certain soon they will all be sent packing back to their small land where most will have to live on trees or gullies.

Culture has nothing to do with the governor position as per the Nigerian constitution, and it can still be preserved even if merit, for instance, dictates that the best governorship candidate for a certain election be from a different tribe. You still would have Obas, Chiefs and Sheiks, but the best brains would always be at the top leading in the formal political structure.

Are you saying out of 1 Million people who are natives of a state, none of them can lead their own state as governor, so much so that they need a Nigerian from another tribe, especially that tribe of the iboelas, the Igbos from the land of the dead sun?
