Australian woman who boasts an enviable bikini body and hasn't eaten sugar for 28 YEARS reveals the secrets to her flawless physique... but can YOU guess her age?

Carolyn Hartz, is a mother-of-three from Perth, Western Australia
The glowing entrepreneur has a bikini body and complexion many only dream of
She credits her figure to 28 years without sugar and uses Xylitol instead
Mrs Hartz shared her top beauty, health, fitness and wellness tips with FEMAIL

Carolyn Hartz boasts a bikini body and glowing complexion that many women decades younger could only dream of.
The Perth-based mother-of-three, who gave up sugar 28 years ago after years of being 'addicted' to sweets, recently spoke to FEMAIL about her top beauty and health secrets for women of all ages.
'A lot of women post 50 think that it's not possible to maintain a reasonable shape and weight when they reach 50 or beyond,' the SweetLife founder told Daily Mail Australia.
'I even speak to women who are in their 40s and who have had children and think they cannot regain their post baby body.'

Mrs Hartz, who is 70, says while it may be 'a little more difficult' to stay in shape for women post 40, it can 'still be possible if you really want to work at it'.
'We know our metabolism slows down as we get older it just means we have to take control and make healthier choices and work a little harder,' she said.
'I believe it is very important to be aware of the type of food you eat and the quantity of food you eat. Being mindful while you are eating is a huge factor.
'Mindless eating can lead to unnecessary weight gain. I say to my customers "taste and enjoy every mouthful"... it will help you slow down and you will be less likely to overeat.'

Mrs Hartz said the first two tips for women hoping to look their best are to do with their attitude and diet.
'I am an optimist even when I have challenges thrown at me I have learnt to stay positive. I have trained myself to remember the half the glass is always half full,' she said.
'You may laugh at this but I wish the weather presenters would say a partially sunny day not a partially cloudy day. I think it would make the viewers so much happier.'
And when it comes to food, sugar is most certainly out, with Mrs Hartz opting for an alternative called Xylitol.
'Research has shown that obesity in Australia has reached epidemic levels and sugar has been a major contributing factor,' Mrs Hartz explained.

I have been sugar free for 28 years. It was difficult at first as I was a sugar addict but I believe it is one of the most important reasons I have been able to keep myself healthy and keep my body shape.

Ross Kemp: Libya’s Migrant Hell review – a deeply powerful plea

Ross Kemp loves danger the way the rest of us love suspending our disbelief in front of a long-running BBC soap. So, it’s no surprise that after pursuing gangs, pirates, Isis fighters, British troops in Afghanistan, illegal loggers in the Amazon, drug dealers, Tiffany and a whole lot of publicity, the actor-turned-investigative-journalist turns his attention to the deadliest migrant route in the world. The 1,000 miles of Libyan desert, a journey more dangerous than the sea, followed by the treacherous Mediterranean crossing from Tripoli to Italy in rubber boats unfit for purpose. Three thousand people make this journey every week. Twelve die each day.

In Ross Kemp: Libya’s Migrant Hell (Sky1, 9pm), which should really be called Refugees’ Libyan Hell, he tracks the route with his usual brawn studded with the occasional fleck of emotion. This is not nuanced film-making, but somehow that feels right for an issue so huge, horrifying and urgent; a bit of plain-spoken directness feels welcome. Beginning in the Sahara, where threats include smugglers, Isis training camps, armed militias and kidnappers, Kemp intercepts a truck rammed with 22 people. “We are running for our lives,” one man explains. Later, he joins 30 men and women on a 350-mile desert stretch to the next handover point: a seven-hour journey travelling 70mph in 45C heat. Instantly sweating like a pig in his headscarf, Kemp declares: “I don’t think I could do it, that’s for sure.”

MailOnline Travel presents a catalogue of kindness from near and far
One captures a man rescuing an injured kangaroo from a flood in Australia
Another shows a child trying to help a wheelchair-bound man over a road

It's been a particularly grim week in the news.
But it's worth being reminded of all the good in the world, and the following acts of kindness will do just that.
In the Netherlands, a mother-of-five on her way to hospital was stunned when two paramedics insisted on staying behind to cook dinner for her children. The two men even washed the dishes before they left.
Elsewhere around the globe, good Samaritans have been captured rescuing injured or distressed wild animals from floods; in one case a tiny fawn, in another, a kitten.
Some gestures are small - the stranger who fed someone's parking meter when he noticed it had run out, for example - while others require more effort, like the millionaire in Maryland known for visiting hospitalized children dressed as Batman.
Read on for a selection of images rounded up by MailOnline that are sure to leave a lump in your throat, and restore a little faith in humanity.

A little less expectation! Elvis's last private jet is auctioned off for just $430,000 after it was projected to fetch up to $3.5MILLION

Elvis Presley's last privately-owned jet was auctioned Saturday after sitting for 35 years on a tarmac in Roswell, New Mexico
The 1962 red Lockheed JetStarOne sold for $430,000 to an undisclosed buyer
The jet, which has been referred to as the 'lost' jet, was expected to fetch between $2million and $3.5million
It was special to Presley because he owned it with his father, Vernon Presley
Presley's other two jets are now owned by The Elvis Presley Museum

Elvis Presley's last privately-owned jet was auctioned Saturday after sitting on a tarmac in Roswell, New Mexico, for 35 years.
The plane sold for $430,000 on Saturday at an Agoura Hills, California, event featuring celebrity memorabilia, GWS Auctions Inc. said.
It was expected to fetch between $2million and $3.5million (£2.6million), according to liveauctioneers.com, the site handling the bidding.

The 1962 red Lockheed JetStarOnehas been referred to as the 'lost' jet.
The buyer was not disclosed in the sold note posted on the firm's website, and auctioneer Brigitte Kruse said she could not immediate release information about the buyer or the buyer's plans for the plane.
Before being auctioned off, the jet had remained hidden away in an 'aircraft graveyard' for 35 years and is preserved with its red velvet seats, shag-pile carpets and original woodwork.
The auction house says Elvis designed the jet's interior. But the plane has no engine and needs a restoration of its cockpit.
The aircraft was one of three jets owned by the King of Rock and Roll throughout his lifetime, and was particularly special to him as he owned it with his father Vernon Presley.

A previous owner of the private jet disputed the auction house's claim the king of rock 'n' roll designed its red velvet interior.
Roy McKay told KOB-TV in Albuquerque on Tuesday he designed the interior himself. McKay said that when he purchased the red 1962 Lockheed Jetstar, it had a two-toned gray interior and 'kind of looked like a casket.'
But then-GWS spokesman Carl Carter told The Associated Press the auction house is confident Elvis designed the interior, which photos show has red velvet seats and red shag carpet.
Federal Aviation Administration records show no interior changes were ever made to the jet, Carter said.
The listing for the plane read: 'This aircraft has never been restored and features original external painting and detailing, as well as original interior.
'The interior was custom designed to Elvis' specifications. Down to the gold-tone, woodwork, inlay and red velvet seats and red shag carpet.'
The jet was previously owned by a private collector, who has not been named.
The owner kept the collectors' item all this time even, but it is not in flying condition.

Carol Santa Fe says she tied the knot with Santa Fe train station in San Diego
She claims the building is called 'Daidra' and says she has 'sex' with it mentally

Ms Santa Fe keeps her love hidden through fear of being banned from the site

A woman has 'married' a train station and claims they have spent 36 years in love with one another
Carol Santa Fe, 45, from San Diego, California, says she fell for Santa Fe train station when she was nine years old.
Although the union is not legally binding, she 'tied the knot' with the building in 2015 - and celebrated their one year anniversary last Christmas.
Ms Santa Fe says she has 'sex' with the station mentally and identifies herself as an objectum sexual - a person who is sexually attracted to inanimate objects and

It is a worldwide debate whether the phenomenon is a sexuality, fetish or mental condition.
Ms Santa Fe said: 'I am married to the Santa Fe train station - her name is Daidra.
'We didn't start a relationship until 2011 but I had been in love with the station since I was a young girl.

When we got married, I stood there and I told her that I take it as my partner.
'It was the happiest day of our lives.'
Every day the volunteer support worker takes a 45 minute bus ride to the station to spend time with the building.
She said: 'When I get there I say hello to her - I then walk around the block circling around her, trying not to let anyone notice I am talking.
'There is a private bit where two walls meet, I go there to touch her, which I do by leaning against her with my clothes on.
'When I'm touching her, I feel as though it actually holds me and kisses me.
'I don't have physical sex with the station in public, I want to be respectful.
'I wouldn't do that with a human in public so why would I do it in this case.
'I do have sex with Daidra in my mind when I stand there.
'I especially like when I hear the trains rev up their engines - it turns me on.'
Ms Santa Fe - who has lived in California since she was three - claims the train station is the love of her life despite being in a previous relationship with a man.
She added: 'I loved a human once before, his name was Tom and we were together for 18 months.
'But it didn't work out and I felt amazing when I got into a relationship with Diadra because she told that she would never leave me.
