In Asaba, I always drive one way when going towards and the Asaba-Ughelli dual carriage way because only one side of that road was motorable. I went to Ughelli a few times and discovered that road was like that from Asaba to Ughelli. One time, the task force double crossed me and didn't mind that rhe road was unmotorable.
