I use mail track extension on Chrome.
I noticed that when having a conversation with a lead they sometimes don't receive my message till I send it a second time. I'll be there thinking the lead has not received the mail only to send it again and get a notification that the lead just read it.
Three of my sales have happened this way.
Could it be that they go into SPAM folder even when there is already a thread?

However, I would grateful if anyone can make some comments on my questions.
I have narrowed down two universities so far, Tampere University and Abo Akademi
My intended level of study is Masters in Social sciences related courses.
I observed that the highest number of intake for some of these courses is 30. My question is how competitive do these courses get ?

I reached out to 18 endusers hoping to continue the next day. I received an offer of $100 from an enduser yesterday and i counter with $300. She counter with $125 and i declined, sent another offer of $165 and i declined aswell. She went mute and i got another offer from another enduser for $245 and i agreed. Changed the BIN to $245 and i found out that the person i was negotiating with purchased the name for that price. The initial enduser that sent me an offer of $245 reach out and said the name has been sold when he was about to purchase it.....i just went numb and don't even know what to tell him.

Go with their lead.
Once they pay for the Godaddy service a broker will contact you irrespective of where you have your domain listed.
A Godaddy broker contacted me two weeks ago and my domain was listed with Epik.
When the broker contacts get in touch with you, you can decide to tell them to go with a domain push or just wait the 60 days out.
My domain had about 18 days left to unlock the transfer feature. I waited it out and did a transfer
