It happens to me a couple of times, but here is the thing before i jumped into conclusion that it was a spiritual attack i made sure i asked people around me. Good point sir, now here is the thing. They claim to have had an agreement (MOU). Why can't they revisit this agreement, instead of waking up one morning and say they want to start censoring movies. The National body is doing a crappy job @ fighting piracy, can't the lag govt join forces and reduce this? They can do a bettter job @ monitoring.
