That's how one did to me , initially offered 150 I agree then later told me its way too much after he was advised .. then he asked for my last price I gave him a range of $100 - 125 .Then 3days later he replied with a $80 .. I countered $100 as last n final n deal was closed. Just sit and watch, he will come back

I know right? He is the only one who has replied after sending outbound mails. The previous owner of the domain just reads the mail and never replies.

Getting endusers seems to be the major challenge one faces, all these sites/apps that u can use to extract emails are all paid servi[sub][/sub]ces, they give free trials but once it ends, that is it, u will have to pay.
still trying to land my first sale.

Here's what I discovered lately. If the end users you are targeting have Facebook pages, go there and locate the about section 90% of the time there is an email address there.

Does your account name on say DAN have to tally with your that on your bank account details?

Biko, I listed my domain on Dan and decided to list on afternic too.
I decided to check my afternic account and saw my account has been suspended.
From my little research, I gather it has to do with verifying my whois bla bla, 60 days bla bla (which I am yet to understand)
Could any one care to explain.

I have a domain with city + florists
This particular city bears the same name with cities in other states(is this a plus)
I also noticed that Google business does not list the website of florist when you do a search.
You have to go through the pages one after the other.

Don't go there. .ca domain names have restrictions. You must be residing in Canada before owning one.
If you go ahead and register as a non Canadian, there is a high likelihood they (.ca regulators) will come for you...

Hi. You are probably a newbie looking desperately for your first sale with minimal risk. You see, this business does not run that way! It's a risky business!! If you must be successful, be ready to take the risk! Also, it's an unwholesome business practice going around outbounding unregistered names. You might get away with it at first but, in the long run, you won't go very far with that practice. You would only destroy your image as a Nigerian!! Just follow your gut instinct coupled with proper analysis of the name when registering domain names and you would be successful. My 2cents

I'm having trouble locating the owner of this particular domain in singular. I have gotten his name, but can't narrow down his email or Facebook account. I sent them a message on their FB page though.

I went to see it after i got off from work yesterday. I love the effort the producers and team of this movie put into the productions. 2hours kind of strecthed it, but the quality of the movie made up for the time spent.
