Osinbanjo has not yet been sworn in as his deputy for a second term, and since Buhari and not Osinbanjo is to be administered the oath of office as President .

The only case scenario , I see is that the CJN will take over as interim president until the senate is inaugurated and from there fresh elections will be conducted .

How? Osinbanjo can not be sworn in just like Faleke in Kogi. Osinbanjo can assume the role of president up on till may 29. And given that Buhari emerged as the APC flag bearer by consensus and not through primaries, the APC can not field any one from their camp. Yahaha Bello came second in the APC primaries in Kogi and that was why the APC where able to field him for the election. In the event that Buhari suddenly slumps and dies before May 29, Osinbanjo can not continue as President beyond May 29 and since there was no primaries that led to Buhari emerging as the APC candidate , his party can not field a replacement .

The only individual that is expected to assume the role of interim president will be the CJN since the Senate would not have been inaugurated on May 29 and so there won't be any SP .

In this next level era we have entered, this will not be news again.

The idea of having some deserts earmarked as places for people who are interested in cattle rearing to rent and pay to the government yearly is not a bad idea.
Each state government can create Cattle farm Zones. This will throw open cattle rearing business to everyone interested, It would put an end to open grazing and stop the constant clashing between the herders and the farmers.
The elites politicised the idea without bringing a better option to the table. They used the Fulani herdsmen crisis as a campaign tool. I am sure most of those killing we perpetrated by politicians for political gains.
Nigerians need to wake up. Both political parties filled stadiums in the north yet not a single Boko Haram attack in those stadiums. This is because the sponsors were all in the stadium.

One of the greatest achievements of the Obasanjo adminstration was how he was able to reposition the military as a professional organization by purging the army of political soldiers. Sadly, under 4yrs of Buhari all that gain has been eroded .
