Topic title is wrong. This looks more like GDP per capita, so it would be countries with highest GDP per capita and not richest country list.

that was not the original plan of the road,if you visit that area you will notice that people have refused to put infrastructure on the original route,the one that affects landmark beach is a new plan altogether.

The original route would have involved more demolition and more cost to the government hence they went the route on a property that still belonged to the FG.

Why would they demolish buildings/homes on a route that has thousands of houses in road expansion just to avoid demolishing maybe 10 properties?
