one vpn connection that i have personally tried is freedom.it works on any network.it is actually a vpn u can use to change frm uk to france to usa.just change the last number(01,02,13,11,, )we really dont appreciate it as aa vpn in nigeria because we see it as a free browsing stuff.it is really good man
