Just do as I have advised in my previous quote to your post...

Raise a Webform and attach your E-Medical sheet, you can also send an Email informing IRCC you have earlier done your Medicals and attach your E-medical sheet with the mail..

Outside or Inside Nigeria, You send your E-medical sheet via Webform or Email to the IRCC email addresses concerned..

Who requested for an Upfront Medical E-sheet though, cos I can't remember anytime where IRCC ask for Upfront-Medical E-medical sheets from Applicants..

IRCC only gets results from the IRCC approved Clinics, they will never ask for E-medical sheet from applicants.. Applicants just chose to submit it simply cos of the delayed submission of their Medical results to IRCC by the clinics...

As per your 2nd paragraph, I meant that I had already done upfront medicals last month but I just got a request from ircc to get my medicals done.

The clinic said they had sent the results way back, so Could it be the ircc didn’t see my upfront medical report earlier sent
