I think the wese guy got triggered with the "is that how you treat your customers" statement from the OP despite the fact that wese had initially apologised for his late response .

With that being said, Customer experience is key in business. If a customer is not satisfied with Ur service, the news of that dissatisfaction spreads 12 times more than that of a satisfied customer.

Unless you do not plan to expand your coast, you'll be deterring your growth if excellent customer service is not taken as a priority even if you're selling "life" to people.
