Why are you so quick to judge, am sure you don't have the slightest idea of what he's talking about, people sell carrier locked phone that are imported from US if you can use it as it is good for you, most carrier locked phone are difficult to unlock, especially the iPhone 14 pro series that doesn't have a sim port and uses solely esim in the US.

This reply is from my friend that is a lawyer and active user on Facebook.

The guy actually did infringed on a number of Facebook terms.

He could be sued both locally and internationally by Facebook.

Internationally, Facebook could use the trademark and patent law to get the guy to account and tender all revenues made by him.

Locally, he could be sued by the Nigerian new cyber law for cyber stalking, privacy infringement and stealing of personal data.

He needs to cease and desist whatever actions or operations he's is doing on all facebook platform.

Requesting for all your personal details - revenues, domains etc, is funny. Facebook doesn’t need that, if they want to restrict you access they won’t ask you to stop.

Play along, once you provide the aforementioned, the person/scammer behind the letter will ask you for settlement.

Don’t fall for it.

Perhaps contact Facebook support directly to verify the authenticity of the letter.

I really doubt it personally.

This is high end scamming rings from Russia, makes it look legit, but I can see it.

There are lots of apps for saving and downloading instagram or Facebook or twitter videos and pictures. I have one add-on I've been using since 2013. I think it's just a threat. OP, make research on the company that sent you the mail. Google search their email addresses and company's name. Check wether it's legit or just it's a competitor trying to shut you down.

Cos they're numerous applications and websites and add-on's and even PC applications used in downloading the aformentioned. And i don't think they can't shut all down.
