vagina is a muscle, no amount of sticks or
stones or herbs will tighten it. The best you can
do to a muscle to work it, please try kegel
exercise. You can do this exercise anywhere at
any time. Do you know why you think your
vagina is tighter after using the sticks or herbs
etc? It is because they suck out the moisture
from inside and make your vagina to swell,
therefore becoming smaller and you think you
are tight. You are not, you are simply swollen
and having sex while swollen will increase your
chances of bruising, infection and other health

Boko Haram militants have reportedly killed at least 70 people in
an attack on the Cameroonian town of Fotokol, on the border with
Nigeria.
The Islamist militants attacked civilians in their homes and in the town's
mosque, local officials said, setting many buildings on fire.
The attack comes a day after a regional force said it had driven the
militants from a Nigerian town near Fotokol.
The Boko Haram insurgency has left thousands dead over the last six
years.
More than a million people have also been displaced by the militants,
who now control a large stretch of land in north-eastern Nigeria.
Chadian offensive
Residents of Fotokol interviewed by the AFP news agency said the
militants had killed many people by slitting their throats.
"Boko Haram inflicted so much damage here this morning," Umar
Babakalli, a resident of Fotokol, told the agency by telephone. "They
have killed dozens of people."
The town's main mosque is said to have been torched.
The militants were eventually driven back by Cameroonian troops,
backed by Chadian forces who had been deployed as part of a regional
force in the nearby Nigerian town of Gamboru.
On Tuesday, the Chadian army said it had killed more than 200
militants in the battle to recapture Gamboru. However, it added that
some of the militants had escaped its offensive.
Chadian troops have entered Nigeria and Cameroon to join the fight
against Boko Haram, following widespread criticism of the Nigerian
army's failure to curb the insurgency.

Islamist militants from
Nigeria's Boko Haram have
reportedly killed 48 people
in an attack on fish sellers
near the border with Chad.
A fish traders' group said
some victims had their
throats slit whilst others
were tied up and drowned in
Lake Chad.
The attack took place on
Thursday, but the news took
several days to come to
light because Boko Haram
has destroyed mobile phone
masts in the area.
It was the second major
attack in two days by Boko
Haram.
In Thursday's attack, the
traders were on their way to
Chad to buy fish when
militants blocked their path
near the village of Doron
Baga, some 180km (112
miles) north of Maiduguri in
Borno state.
Abubakar Gamandi, the
head of the fish sellers'
association, said the
militants had used no guns.
"The attackers killed their
victims silently without the
use of the gun to avoid
attracting attention from the
multi-national troops," he
told AFP news agency.
Troops from Nigeria, Chad
and Niger have been
deployed to the area and
have a base at Doron Baga,
but the military task force
has had little impact, says
the BBC's Will Ross in Lagos.
On Wednesday, Boko
Haram gunmen attacked
the village of Azaya Kura,
also in Borno state, killing at
least 45 people.
In this attack too, victims'
hands were tied behind their
backs and their throats were
slit. The attack was
apparently aimed at
punishing the community
after four insurgents were
pointed out to soldiers and
were shot dead.
Boko Haram has been
waging an insurgency in
Nigeria since 2009.
It has stepped up attacks
against civilian targets since

launched an offensive

a company called Natural
Machines has introduced a
3D printer for food.
The "Foodini," as it's called,
isn't too different from a
regular 3D printer, but
instead of printing with
plastics, it deploys edible
ingredients squeezed out of
stainless steel capsules: "It's
the same technology," says
Lynette Kucsma, co-founder
of Natural Machines, "but
with plastics there's just one
melting point, whereas with
food it's different
temperatures, consistencies
and textures. Also, gravity
works a little bit against us,
as food doesn't hold the
shape as well as plastic."
At the Web Summit
technology conference in
Dublin, the Barcelona-based
startup is showing off the
machine, which it says is
the only one of its kind
capable of printing a wide
range of dishes, from sweet
to savoury.
"In essence, this is a mini
food manufacturing plant
shrunk down to the size of
an oven," Kucsma said,
pointing out that at least in
the initial stage the printer
will be targeted mostly at
professional kitchen users,
with a consumer version to
follow, at a projected retail
price of around $1,000.
In principle, the Foodini
sounds like the ultimate
laziness aid: press a button
to print your ravioli. But
Natural Machines is quick
to point out that it's
designed to take care only
of the difficult and time-
consuming parts of food
preparation that discourage
people from cooking at
home, and that it promotes
healthy eating by requiring
fresh ingredients prepared
before printing.
Nevertheless, the company
is working with major food
manufacturers to create
pre-packaged plastic

prints the food, which must
be then cooked as usual.
But a future model will also
cook the preparation and
produce it ready to eat.

a touchscreen on the front
