Those police are very stupid and daft. VIO are the only vehicle inspection officers and it is their duty to check vehicle on the roads. Police are meant for stop and search and if they suspect any fowl play while searching, they have the right to arrest and investigate the culprit. I hand over my social security papers instead of the car documents to one idiot police like that in 2012 and he allowed me to go because he didnt understand the content on the paper.
