Passenger plane crashes in Lagos, says official
Breaking news

A passenger plane has crashed in Nigeria's main city of Lagos, an official and police have said.

The plane hit a two-storey building, state emergency official Femi Oke-Osanyinpolu said according to AP news agency.

Another official was quoted as saying the Dana Air flight was heading from Lagos to Abuja.

There is no word yet on casualties. Federal authorities are on their way to the site to investigate, say reports.
