Forget that grammer u posted, Pantami isn't qualified to be promoted to the rank of a Professor based on University academic staff appraisal requirements. ASUU, a body made of University academics in Nigeria have independently reviewed the issue and faulted his promotion. He can parade himself as a Prof in his local mosque, but not in the assembly of intellectuals.
