Hello domainer's in the house please has anyone experienced payment issues with gandi.net, I register a domain yesterday and after I was debited and the domain purchase was in progress only to wake up n see no trace of payment on their site and a message that the transaction was cancelled.
Please a little help here

Open ur ED start looking, best time to check is 8pm.
Gem geos are CITY+Service/product
For some reason, some cities sell faster than others, but it's d service/product that is d decisive part.
"hot" services are better eg Attorney, lawyer, dentist, plumber, plumbing, flooring, photographer etc
There are other services that sell which i like to classify as 2nd degree services like autorepair, limoservice, weddingphotographer etc
For the cities, targeting 100,000+ population is better, but u can go for less, i personally don't go below 40,000+
As for the combination, city +one word service is better, but alternatives are, city+ 2word service, service+city, city shortform+service eg LA, NY, SoCal, NoVa etc. State+service,
Generally d domain should not be more than 3words and d less d letters, the better. And d service should strictly be singular form, though plural do sell. ONLY .COM, I REPEAT, ONLY .COM
Most important domain should have "steady" number of end users b4 u purchase, i personally go for 20+ end users.

Vegas/autoshop (city shortform+service)
streamwood /dentist (city + hot service)
Northern Virginia /flooring (over2M population +hot service)
Boston/piano/rental (city+2word service: 3 words)
Locksmith/Sanford (service +city)
Westwood/mechanics (city+plural service)
Illinois /massage (state+service)
Socal/orthodontist (cityshortform+service)

NOTE: I AIN'T NO "BOSS", I JUST HAVE COUPLE OF DOMAINS HOPING TO SELL.

At beginning we all made d mistake, but then, the thing is, FOR GEO DOMAINS, if you are using expireddomains/net to get them, don't always rush to register, follow d site everyday until u see that "gem" geo. Even if u have d money, no rush, it may take u days, and sometimes u may see dat "gem" but b4 u register it, someone will first u, but no worries, keep on waiting.

Note: the "gem" may not be necessarily gem, so u should have d knowledge of wat good geos are.

And know that this thing na GRACE. That good geo may never sell, and dat yeye geo will. Anways anyways, good name na high possibility .

Please throw more light on what you classify as "gem" GEO's Bec most tyms on ED. most domains founded in deleted domains section are crap or do u find urs another way ?
