Hello bosses in the house I got this reply from my outbound and felt I should seek advice from the house
"I did some search on the domain name not really intrested, it has very few searches in the year I can only offer $400 Canadian only"..for a client who said he is interested after I quoted $699 on the domain name please how do I accept this offer without sounding too desperate.@2sexycom@tranxo@iykepromotion@other bosses in the house

Yes. They do. Although I prefer gathering the emails one domain at a time. What do I mean:

Say I was able to locate 50 prospect in my Google search. I will create a new lead in Hunter and name it anything I want (usually the name of the domain I'm marketing). Then, I will input each of the prospect domain name on Hunter, clicking on the (+) sign in front of each suitable lead.

I will continue this for all 50 prospect domain names.

WHY do I choose this? I could have easily input the whole 50 names and allow hunter to get the best emails for me. But hunter isn't too efficient in locating the best emails I think would respond.

Also, some domain names use (@gmail, @yahoo) as their contact email. Using Hunter solely won't return any info for these generic emails.

But after the hard work, you can be sure that Hunter will handle the while sending and followup (that's after you set it).

Plus, hunter tells you those people that opened your emails, bounced emails, and people that haven't checked your emails.

You have your leads stored on Hunter, which you can use for as long as you want.

I'm beginning to take domaining as a serious bizz now. Unlike previous years when I take it as a secondary job, this year is a lot different.

My first step is to subscribe to Hunter premium of 1000 credit for $49. I make use of the campaign and lead generation. I set my content (first mail and second mail) while hunter handles the sending for me.

This has made my work so easy. If you have the means, I advise hunter premium for everyone into outbounding.

Hello boss can you please point me to the hosting company and affordable plan you use.. I use Zoho custom mail but I noticed at times my messages lands in spam please other bosses in the house help a brother out.

In my own case, I have like 4 custom email addresses that I forwarded to my four different Gmail accounts.
The strategy is that I have 8 emails all together for outbound. Sometimes I do alternate the Gmail addresses to send outbound, at times I do alternate the custom addresses. These have been working well for me without any spam wahala. These only cost me #8k investment per-annum. I guess it is not too much of investment cos I make my sales.

When am less busy I will give a short tutorial on how to make our email look a little bit professional by adding a nice signature. stay tuned.

In my early days in domaining, when I had just the mindset of buying and selling, this type of issue really dealt with me. But when I started looking at the whole business more from the investment perspective, I became better at handling it......or more appropriately, I became better at avoiding it.

What I am about to write below doesn't mean you can't sell this name, but it goes to reveal the avoidable mistakes we are bound to make without proper foundation.

Though there are millions of similar cases that can occur, I will use the name(s) mentioned, to critique this issue.

Hydraulic vs Hydraulics

Yea. They are not the same thing. They are different things. One is not the plural of the other, and the other is not the singular of one (lol, excuse the play of words).

English really dealt with me at a point. Sometimes it still does, but not that often sha.

Hydraulic refers to machines like pumps, jack, crane, press, brakes etc., while Hydraulics are the different fluids (water, oil, gas etc.) used by hydraulic machines to function.

Now, hydraulicrepair/com/net are both developed because it makes more sense to repair machines than repair water, oil, gas (if that is even possible).

If we learn the basic rudiments of name research, develop and adapt it to our individual styles (we are all different), then we would not only save more money from avoiding risky names, but expand our knowledge in fields outside our primary areas of study/influence.

This same scenario also plays out with UK/USA spellings. Pitching organiser/com to an American will be a tough sale, same as trying to get a Briton buy color/com.

Sometimes we try to "force" ourselves into buying certain names that we see on the surface as jackpots, despite some obvious red flags, and without digging deeper to find out the reason the so-good-to-be-true name was even available. Yes, we may get lucky at times and hit pay dirt, but luck is unreliable. Only a structured system has a greater success rate.

Expireddomains/net is a great resource, but it all depends on how we see it. Do we see it more as haystacks, or more as needles? If you see it more as haystacks than needle, then you would know, and be prepared to put in some quality work in order to find any needle. But if you see it more as needles than haystacks, na your money go suffer because you would end up registering names you shouldn't.

The very first thing to do when you see a name that has been regged before, available again, is to try and find out the reason the name dropped. We may never find the reason, but trying will open our eyes and expand/develop our research skills.

Another thing is, when you see a name, don't be in a hurry, thinking someone else will snap it up before you finish researching it. Let the person go ahead. Names full everywhere, you just need to know where to look, how to look, and when to look. Do not look for reasons to buy a particular name. Trust me, you will easily see many reasons to go ahead. When you are faced with names, try and find out reasons you SHOULD NOT buy that name. This will place you in a frame of mind for a better risk-benefit analysis.

If you have in mind to buy and sell short term (nothing wrong with this), your research may be too shallow. But if you are buying a name (geo, kw, brandable etc), with the understanding and readiness to hold the name for years if need be, believe me, you will research and research and research and.........before you register any name. It is better to have a long term mindset even when buying for short term.

Short term. Long term. Whatever floats your boat, ride on, but DYOR.

Chai. On this very particular one, I believe you didn't do outbounding very well. There's even a similar developed site TXSolarSystems.com. Shows that you can spot good competitive keywords.

NB; I just saw your list above now. I don't see the reason why you should be dropping those solarpanel keyworded domains. Renew and do aggressive outbounding.

Go to settings --scroll down then click Advanced-- click Site settings--then look for show images---Disable it from there

Yes, I use my private account because it's old and I can send "plenty" outbound messages without the fear of being banned/blocked. Although once in a while I get restricted from sending messages but I don't get blocked.
I once opened a new FB account for outbounding, it was blocked!.
P/S.
I did "environmental sanitation" on my account, made sure it was clean very well. I hid some pictures and made some tweaks here and there.
Make I no go open my yansh outside.
