It is a normal occurance for me I am used to it.

It mostly happens to me if I sleep in the morning , so what I do to avoid it ,once I wake up in the morning I don't go back to bed.

Back then in my university days ,I noticed when I go to class to read in the night(TDB) once I come back in the morning and I try to sleep, I can have like 5 attacks of sleep paralysis within 30 minutes.

So there is nothing spiritual about it , it just has to do with the brain and stress

I ensure my email address doesn't just send mails but also receive a considerable amount... Imho I think it helps in deceiving the bot. lol... So I subscribe to newsletters from domain community

1. Warm up your email account regularly.
2. Send your email messages manually (don't use mass mailing).
3. Fine tune your subject line.
4. It would help if we can see your outbound email. Because it may be ladden with spam trigger words.
5. Let the email account rest for a while. While it's resting, don't forget to warm it up regularly.

Was able to send 227mails at once with an email account. Only mistake was that I didn't install Snov Email Tracker. To use the Gblast, you're better off using snov email tracker and that means you have to turn off streak email tracking.... oh well..

I used NS1.undeveloped.com and NS2.undeveloped.com for my DNS on 123-reg and I got this error message, when I tried checking it out. Should the DNS be "Dan" instead of "Undeveloped?"

Most of the domains i dropped are gems. Pick them up while you can. I can easily get other good ones when I need them using ED filter.
