I sent a heavier Mi 20000mAh power bank to Hong Kong, China at N2,000 via Registered Parcel, so avoid EMS (Courier) it is much expensive & subject to tax by the receiver.

Registered Parcel? Dunno if they exist at my location though. Lol

Meh I've changed my mind on sending back the phone to Smartgo store, reason is because shipping the device from Naija to China is around 14k. I've ordered a new battery instead.

Have a memory card inserted? I think you need that to backup anything aside notes, contacts, messages, and some small petty stuff.

The backup process included app data, but after restoring it noticed that app data wasn't restored.

Settings >> Additional Settings >> Backup & reset >> Local backups >>back up.

Note: This only back up my apps (without their data), settings, call logs & contacts, messages. Don't really know what went wrong, but i have used this method to back up everything on my former RN2.

The backup on this current device is just disappointing meh, it also happened to me.

Using third party backup app is safer
