I couldn't find the tracking number in the mail. The response below was copied from the mail.

My passport is showing picked up on TLS but am yet to receive the courier tracking number. Please what can I do as TLS is not responding to my mail for tracking ID to enable me follow up with DHL

I was asked to provide additional documentation proving my relationship with her. So these are what I submitted after only Marriage certificate was uploaded:

1. Pictures
2. ScreenShots of WhatsApp conversation (One Year) with Four to Five Random Shots on each page using Google Slide
3. Money spent like a transaction history between us
4. Call Logs

I think this usually applies to new couples. Old couples with children usually may not require more than marriage certificate and few pictures. Have seen someone who used only marriage certificate without any marriage or family pictures and was granted. It also depends on the eco handling your application

The instructions was to attach my student number, name, description as tuition deposit as well as date of birth


But there is no provisions online for it especially the date of birth and student number.....

What do I do .....

The details too plenty oooooo. The bank will give you telex copy(receipt). That is enough for the school to track the funds. But most banks add your student number on the admission letter. U can as well add what u want on the authorization letter

Is it necessary or complusory that you must have a staff number or someone working in a bank where you intend to run Form A through!?
For instance if am using fidelity bank... Is it advisable to approach the bank first and make enquires first before submitting the application online!??

Or should I just run it straight and submit the necessary documents and wait for their feedback

Flll the form and generate the Form A. Then you can go to the bank with your documents and instruction letter/authorization to debit. Though some banks may not need your presence if you uploaded all the required documents on the Form A portal

Once u get BRP it means u already got the Visa. So u are good to go. Can one call or mail to request for BRP mail and will they send it.

I have four dependants for Nov 28 Ikeja standard. Two ready for collection since 15th and two still at DMC. No BRP mail. When I got mine in September there's no brp mail as well. So every application differs

No need when you receive your passport and Visa and no letter you can send email and they will sen you BRP email.

My dependants did biometrics and forgot to use courier services. I contacted TLS via mail and was told to use the post biometric courier option. Was asked to credit their account and provide some information with evidence of payment. I did so but till now there's no feedback or acknowledgement. I need advice on what to do if anyone has had similar experience. I have sent several reminders. Two of the dependants out of four have received collection mail this evening without moving to courier

Thanks. Two dependants moved from DMC to vac this morning and collection mail received just now for two dependants while remaining two dependants still at DMC. No BRP mail yet. How long does it usually take for BRP mail to drop
