Hello, I have a package that has been showing customs clearing in progress for close to 3 weeks, and it's a phone, and it seems other users here have a similar customs issue, do you think it has anything to do with payment of custom duties? If so, how exactly are we supposed to be contacted to pay the fees?

not sure it has anything to do with payment of custom duties..... My own package (phone holder) has been stucked since Sept 2 and at the moment, speedaf doesn't have an explanation why its taking that long.

I currently have two items being handled by speedaf now. One has been pending customs clearance for like 2 weeks, the other one that came in last week Wednesday hasn't even appeared on their tracker.

Please who has experienced this before. The status has been like this for over a week now.

Update: after my items got to Nigeria as shown on the tracker and got delayed for more than 2 weeks by the PO (ikeja Post office). They finally came to deliver one of the items to my delivery address on Friday free of charge and promised to deliver the second one once they get it.
