According to the UAE embassy, as at 24th Dec 2017, the eligibility letter is now a priority for any (academic) document.
So without it, you won't be attended to.. datsall!

MOE will require you to attest the 2 but be wise to select the one with Credits in Maths & English so as to qualify for the Eligibility Letter..to save cost.
More so, the embassy will require you to attest yo Eligibility letter (compulsory) and any other document. Simply attest only yo HND (18k) buh if you're an OBO or you yourself is Ibu Owo ..attest everything.

Attestation cost me a job today. The man insisted on seeing an attested copy of my certificate which I didn't have. He asked me to go that he will call me back. Na serious prayer mode I dey now oh. Even if I say make I send person make em do am, e go fit reach here by next week?

The Lord is good. Finally I'm in Dubai. Lemme start from my encounter at Abuja airport. Passed through NDLEA first, secondly went for checking in of luggage, the airline guy wan change am for me cos my luggage dey overweight, but after much much I figured a way out. Next was immigration, I just fold 1K put for my passport give am with my departure card, those niggers just stamp me out no questions about BTA or Yellow card. The only discomfort about my flight was that it was delayed for 3 hours, it made me miss my connecting flight in Cairo and I had to wait for another five hours in Egypt before taking off for Dubai. I'm in Dubai now.... Thanks be to God. Abeg anybody with job offer should contact me oh. I no come here come look fine towers oh. I dey loyal.

Don't mind people. Tstv people are playing smart. U use the data for both tv and browsing before u know 1 month 10gig don finish in two days. Den wen u don subscribe 12k in 1 month. They will know that "when something is too good to be true, it actually is too good to be true

My fear is that the data would be shared between your normal "hotspotting" and the stations you are viewing (so e go be like say you dey stream video on youtube with your data ).Does that mean the thing go quick finish
