Oh! My bad. This 'federal roads' issue is something that needs to be looked into urgently, a major road in a state will be so bad that it will become almost impossible for cars to pass through and the governor of the state will ignore it with the excuse that 'it is a Federal road'......

Is it the duty of 'Mr President" to fix roads in a 'state'? Lagosians should ask their governor why he is wasting money on 'fancy' bus terminals when their are roads that need urgent attention.......
